He was great and did his job well.

Morgan Construction completed a remodeling project and a waterproofing project for my house. Both projects went very well. The remodeling project was for two bathrooms. The tile work was exemplary -- great care was given to the cut, placement, and alignment of each tile. The new glass shower door looks very stylish. My bathrooms came out better then I had expected. The waterproofing project involved replacing the exterior siding of one wall and installing two new sliding glass doors and two new large windows. I'm not a construction expert, but every step of the project looked like it was being done rock solid. I'm no longer distressed about the rainy season. Dan, the owner of Morgan Construction, is very nice and does an excellent job explaining how he plans to tackle each project. My original decision to go with Morgan Construction was based on Dan's explanations (and the fact that he didn't repetitively state "I'm honest, you can trust me" like so many other contractors do -- the more I hear it, the less I believe it). I highly recommend Morgan Construction.

When interviewing contractors for the job I was looking for someone who would do quality work at a fair price, was communicative, responsive to my questions and concerns and if possible, was located nearby. Dan Morgan more than fulfilled my expectations. He was very helpful throughout the project by making suggestions when asked and in guiding us to outside suppliers in the area. Whenever something unexpected happened he immediately took care of it and kept the work progressing smoothly. In short, he took the hassle out of the whole experience. I highly recommend Dan and would not hesitate to hire him again. We are very pleased with our "new" bathrooms. .

Dan Morgan, the owner of the business, is punctual, professional, and knowledgeable. Although this is a small project, no corners were cut and the project was executed as planned, on time, and on budget. I was concerned that this work would leave a mess of popcorn on the floor, but the team was meticulous and everything is clean. I will definitely use Morgan Construction again in the future. In fact, this project was the first step of a larger remodeling effort that I plan to do with Morgan Construction. Dan has been very helpful at managing the overwhelming nature of a remodel; all along the way, he's suggested how to separate the overall project into manageable stages such as scraping the ceiling. Of course, if I knew exactly what I wanted for the entire remodel, I'm sure he'd be happy to do it all in one stage. But by helping me break it down into stages, I can keep forward progress with the remodel even while I'm still figuring some things out (like choosing appliances, paint color, etc). His guidance in this respect has been tremendously helpful. He's also been very candid about which items it's ok to spend less on, and which items I'd regret if I went too cheap. I appreciate his respect for my budget and his patience with my complete lack of experience. I feel like he's been very honest in his assessment of my plans. He provides information based on his knowledge and experience, but never pressures me into making any particular decision. I'm very pleased to have found this general contractor!

I called Dan to come in and help me figure out what to do with the office space I had that seemed very unfunctional and unproffesion. My staff was working practically on top of each ther, though I had aqequate space it clearly ws not breing utilized well. Dan was very punctual from the get go. He gave me options and ideas to properly use the space and give us the small, yet workable offices. After the roof frame was done. The crew installed the electricla, cat 5 insulation and then finshed the sheet rock. Morgan crew shined installing the glass doors and finish trim. The job finished on time and under budget,

I couldn't be happier. We love our new space. I come from a family of general contractors including my dad and brother in-law. I hired Dan Morgan because my friend recommended him. He described Dan as honest, reliable and professional. He had actually hired Dan to make repairs to a job another contractor had botched. One of the comments my friend made about Dan was that..."If he says he'll be there tomorrow... he'll be there tomeorrow. If he says it will cost $600... it will cost $600 (not more). If he says he'll fix it... it will be fixed." 3 things stand out in my mind. 1) My neighbor across the street is a general contractor and he told me he was impressed by how fast my addition was completed 2) Dan Morgan is a family guy, trying to make ends meet too. So he was always making suggestions to help keep cost down and minimize the impact on my family 3) When everything was done, I noticed that one door closed a little to tightly (after painting) and the light in the hallway shined too dim. I called Dan and the next morning he was there to adjust the door jam and to politely remind me that I asked for a dimmer switch in the hall so all I needed to do was move the level up.Dah. I would highly recommend Dan Morgan/Morgan Construction.

After contacting Morgan Construction Co I scheduled a time to meet with the owner Dan Morgan at my house. He came over the following morning as scheduled and on time. I wanted him to look at my water damaged ceiling area that happened during the end of the rainy season. After talking to him for a few minutes I realized he was very knowledgeable about water leaks. He took me upstairs to my 2nd story exterior deck where my sliding glass door was located. He showed me some areas where he suspected the water to be entering the house but explained to me he would have to come back the following day to perform a water test to pinpoint the water intrusion areas. The next day Dan and one of his guys showed up for water test. Within about 30 minutes they found where the water was entering below and above the sliding glass doors. They came inside and pulled off the door casing and pulled the carpet back so I could see where it was coming in at. Unbelievable!!! Dan explained to me the cause of the leak was improper flashing. He would provide me with an estimate for the repair. I hired Morgan Construction to do the Repairs and they did an excellent job. Exterior and interior look awesome. Dan was very pleasant to work with and made the job go very smoothly and stress free for me. His crew was very nice as well. They finished ahead of schedule and left my house spotless. I would absolutely use Morgan Construction again and will be referring them to friends and family.
