Description of Work: I hired Bayhill to inspect the furnace system of the house I purchased. While they came and performed the inspection, they did not supply a filter that was supposed to be part of the service. The owner repeatedly made excuses about providing the inspection report that was supposed to be part of the service. I never did receive the report, so all I have to show for the $175 I spent is a vague recollection of a few recommended fixes that the technician verbally rattled off before leaving.

Description of Work: They cleaned the air ducts in my single story house. They came on time, did the service as requested, and answered my questions. I would use them again.
