"I had water damage from a loose sump pump value during President's Day weekend. They responded expeditiously and a crew was in my house within the hour. However some of the work completed was unnecessary and really expensive. I asked ahead of time to be provided with an estimate and they didn't comply. My basement includes a living room, and 1 bedroom. The water damage was located in one area yet they removed ALL doors, 10 to be exact, 2 feet of drywall, baseboards, carpet, and a porcelain sink! The doors didn't withstand water damage yet they were removed. When I asked the technician about the door and sink removal his response was, "the insurance will pay for the replacement." They charged my insurance 16,000 dollars! Please don't go with this company unless they provide you with a quote before they start the work. "

The person who did the sheet rock and painting was horrible. He painted both bathrooms with the wrong paint (not paint to hold up to humidity). He had to repainted. It was the worst job I have ever seen with cutting in the sheet rock where the old & new came together. He left a huge bulging seam and came back 3 times but never was able to make it look like they were never here like they promised. The fraudulent part came when the showed me their invoice with OVER $15,000.00 of charges of things that they never did. Lindsey told me that this is the "game" they play with the insurance companies. They overcharge and the insurance companies come in with a low payout and then they negotiate. It turned out that my insurance carrier refused to play their game. Now they are suing me for the work that they did not do. DO NOT HIRE THEM!!!"
