Description of Work: The rain gutter pulled away from the wall. All I wanted was for him to climb up and reattach it. He said he would replace all of them and I said I didn't need to do that. He said it would cost $500 whether I replaced them or just fixed it, so I might as well replace it. I told him no thanks. I told my gardener, he climbed up, reattached it for $0! SAN DIEGO RAIN GUTTERS was a rip-off!

Description of Work: Installed rain gutters around my house using smooth down spouts along with three rain chains. They were outstanding with placements of the downspouts and locations to use the chains instead. I could not speak more highly of the men who did the install. VERY PLEASED and would use them again.

Description of Work: Someone backed a truck into the front of our house, it ruined the gutters and the front of the roof. San Diego Rain Gutters fixed the roof and gutters.

+ -1 moreThey were very professional and they did it with no hassle or anything. They had a wide variety of styles. We wanted straight plain gutters and they did a beautiful job of installing them and giving us advice about the placement of them. They did it without fuss.

+ -1 moreThe estimate was competitive and Bill Michalek who did the estimate was pleasant, after that the customer service rep at the company was rude and unprofessional and non-responsive and condescending tone. The installers did not show up on time and then had to be rescheduled and then showed up late again. The installer's appearance was unprofessional to say the least. Both he and his clothes were extremely dirty and overall unkempt. Scheduling, follow up, poor attitude and a dirty installer were enough for us to cancel the job. Unprofessional all the way around.

+ -1 moreI WANTED THE GUTTER TO BE PLACED IN A HIGH POSITION, SO THAT THE EAVE BOARDS WOULD STILL BE VISIBLE. THEY WORKED WITH ME ON THIS AND FIGURED OUT HOW TO PLACE IT UP HIGH. HOWEVER, DURING INSTALLATION THEY WERE A BIT CARELESS AND DRILLED THROUGH OUR TV CABLE. TO FIX IT, I GAVE THEM SOME ELECTRICAL TAPE. ALSO, WHEN THE RAINS CAME THE GUTTERS GOT BENT IN SEVERAL PLACES FROM THE WEIGHT OF THE WATER. I CALLED THE COMPANY AND SOMEONE CAME RIGHT OUT TO CHECK IT, AND FOUND THAT THE INSTALLER USED SCREWS THAT WERE TOO SMALL, SO THAT THE GUTTER PULLED LOOSE FROM THE ROOF. LARGER SCREWS WERE PUT IN AND I WAS TOLD THAT THEY "FIRED" THE ORIGINAL INSTALLER. THEY ALSO ASSURED ME THAT THEY WOULD COME BACK AGAIN, IF I HAD FURTHER PROBLEMS.
Description of Work: INSTALLED RAIN GUTTERS ON THE FRONT, ONE SIDE, AND THE BACK OF OUR 1500 SQ FT HOUSE.
