Eme came to home with associate and took extensive notes on exactly what I wanted cleaned. Her husband called the next day with quote on the cleaning which we agreed upon. We scheduled an appointment for the next week. Two ladies arrived early with all their own cleaning tools and cleaning solutions. They worked non-stop going from room to room having me check each room when finished. Ladies are polite, hard working, and respectful of my belongings. I am extremely impressed with this service and will definitely use again in the near future.

Eme provided an estimate to clean my home top to bottom, moving all furniture and cleaning underneath, washing walls and baseboards, washing all travertine and hardwood floors, dusting, vacuuming, changing sheets, cleaning showers and tubs, etc. I was never told a cleaning crew would be doing the work. I was told Eme would be doing the work with a helper. The 3 person crew arrived an hour late without calling to inform me they would be late. They stayed for 6 hours and spent most of the time upstairs. One of the crew spent more than an hour on her cell phone once they made it downstairs. No wonder the family room was not touched, no furniture was moved or cleaned underneathe, no sofas were vacuumed, pink mold was left in the shower, trash cans were left out, and worst of all, a strong chemical - likely CLR - was spilled on the travertine floor in the eating area, resulting in a roughly one foot area of damaged flooring. Eme and a helper came two days later to correct the uncleaned areas and to look at the damaged travertine. After much convincing she agreed that the damage was caused by her crew. She and her helper cleaned adequately and when it was time to go I asked her point blank if she had cleaned under the leather sofa and she looked me in the eyes and said yes she had. A few hours later I got down on my hands and knees and was shocked that it had not been touched. The most amazing part is that she let's her husband deal with the public primarily, but misleads him about what she has promised she will do. So the co-owner and husband, Richard, responds defensively and as if he is doing the customer a favor by correcting the issues. His attitude is one of arrogance. Today a young man and helper arrived to repair the travertine floor. As the sealer was drying I showed him the damage done to the hallway walls where the crew washed them. I told him I'd be calling Richard to let him know the white residue had not wiped off like I thought it would. We decided to call Richard then so that the handyman could come prepared to paint when he returned to fill the hole left in the travertine that could not be filled today. Richard has refused to take responsibility for the damage to the paint and informed me he is done, claiming that his wife did not clean the walls when in fact they were washed along with the baseboards, one of the few things they did well.

I saw a positive review of Eme's Housecleaning in the monthly Angie's List magazine. I called and she made an apointment to come out and provide a quote. To me, that was very positive as I had contacted other services and they gave me a quote over the phone based on a description. Seeing the job, Eme was able to give me a fixed quote which I felt good about. She also suggested other items that needed attention such as cleaning the vertical blinds, which I had not considered. We agreed to a day and time for the service. Eme arrived on time and ready to work with all the cleaners, tools and elbow grease needed to do the job right. She and her team cleaned the 2 1/2 baths, kitchen, countertops, all cabinets inside and out, and washed the windows, mirrors and blinds. They also wiped down the walls and any cobwebs in the corners. Everything was spotless when they finished. I was very impressed with the hard work done. They cleaned the place as if they owned it and took pride in it. I know they took pride in their work, and with a smile!

Eme has been cleaning our home for the past the past 4 months. I found her cleaning company through Angie's List. We have been very pleased with the service we have received from Eme's Housecleaning. Eme comes to clean herself with the same people which is very important to us. She always sends a text to my cell phone to let me know what day and time she will be coming. She is punctual and has not missed a scheduled cleaning time. She has a great attitude and provides very professional service. She is always polite when she speaks to anyone in our home. She is also very respectful of our home and our time. We are very happy with the work that she does.

They were very good. They named their price and I had specific things that I needed them to clean. They stayed as long as it took. They had 3 people where most other companies only had 2. Even with that it took them 5 hours. It was a really good job.

I called Eme early afternoon inquiring about the possibility to do a move out clean that day. Richard was extremely helpful and coordinated having a team arrive later that same day. The two women were extremely professional and did an impeccable job cleaning. The place looks absolutely amazing and just sparkles. Without hesitation I would highly recommend Eme for any cleaning needs and would definitely use them again. They are very reasonably priced and exhibit the utmost professionalism and take pride in their work.

Overall, they made the house look perfect! I did initially think it was a little expensive, but I got all the money back on my deposit except for the carpet cleaning! It was definitely worth it! My landlord even asked who I used! I gave them less than a weeks notice so they do things on short notice. They were very accomodating.

They charged a competitive rate and were very professional, but we chose another company with whom we had a better rapport.

They showed up on time, didn't leave until the job was completed and did a good quality job.

Two ladies "Juanita & Lupe" showed up on time and went above and beyond. I was quite pleased with their services and attention to detail. I would certainly use them again. It shows that Eme & Richard care for their company, staff and customers. I really appreciate that!

Upon receiving the quote on Sunday morning, I asked if Eme could start on the same day. She said that she was available to work. I greatly appreciated her accommodation. She and her assitant cleaned every inch of the house after spending 7 hours. Yikes!! They did a fantastic job! I was so pleased with the result. The house now has the "clean" smell. I certainly will ask her to clean my house on a periodically basis. Many thanks!

Eme House Cleaning Service continues to provide exceptional service and my wife and I appreciate that they travel so far from the areas they cover to clean our home. Extremely professional from the initial scheduling with Richard to the actual cleaning provided by Eme Cleaning crew. Highly recomend the service to anyone. A job well done!!!

Well, We could write a big long story but the bottom line is this: 1) The crew showed up about 1hr late with no phone call. 2) Two people showed up, not three. After working for hours on the upstairs along, a third person finally showed up. 3) After working over fours hours on the upstairs alone then came down and tried to complete the downstairs. Now the upstairs looked to be cleaned well. We have not complaints about that. 4) The kitchen was not cleaned well at all. The cabinets were not cleaned out. 5) The den floor was not cleaned well at all. They did not even sweep under the couch. There still was dust in on window sills and door frames. 6) At least one of the workers was talking on her cell phone for over an hour near the end. Here is the real problem, Angie's list had all these great recommendations. Nothing negative at all. WE DON'T BUY IT! This the second time in the past year we have had a bad experience with companies with "stellar" reputations Angie's list. Our experience tells us Angie's list has little credibility. We are canceling our membership.

Our house was being used to host a bridal shower for our daughter on Saturday and we needed to have it professionally cleaned ASAP. I called Eme as a new customer on Monday and asked if they could help us out and they said yes! They had scheduled an appointment for Friday morning at 8:00 to give an estimate and start work if the price was acceptable. That presented the only hiccup...they got lost. I'm not sure how they got the address wrong, but they ended up on the wrong end of town! They did arrive about an hour-and-a-half late, looked the place over, and gave what I thought was a fair estimate based on what we had paid for cleaning in the past. The finished work quality far exceeded the other cleaners we had used. Eme admitted it was a lot of work but they dove in...stayed for about five hours! We are very satisfied with the job. (Just make sure they have the address right!)

I was extremely pleased with Eme's ability to fit me in on the Saturday of a holiday weekend. She arrived and looked at the house and quoted me a very reasonable price considering that I was in a crunch to get the house cleaned before my husband came home from deployment. She and her cleaning partner worked diligently until the job was done and I was very satisfied with the results. She was detailed and I didn't find any missed areas. My dog didn't bother her at all. I will definitely use her services on a regular basis.

Eme House Cleaning Service crew arrived on time and the crew paid attention to detail. Our home is on agricultural property and a lot of dirt, dust & leaves get dragged in. I liked the way they paid attention to the hard floors, using cleaner and scrubbing where needed, instead of just damp mopping. They did a good job dusting and were careful with our belongings. I plan to use them again.

With very short notice, Eme brought a team of 3, including herself, to my home and did an incredibly thorough job of cleaning. The house was spotless when they left. I've used Eme's service twice. On an ongoing basis, I think the cost is high, but for a one-time emergency situation, the service is perfect for the price. I would have to say that compared to the cleaning people I've had throughout the years (over 15 years), Eme's crew did the best quality job of cleaning. Eme has high standards for how to do the job and I didn't have to tell her how or what to do--she is an expert.

The service was good. They did a great job and cleaned everything in detail. It was a bit pricey for me, but the quality was outstanding. I would recommend them.

Everything went very smoothly. We are new to the area and did not know where to turn. So we joined Angie's list and Eme Cleaning came up. We called and Eme came out and gave us a quote and then a time wasset. Now she comes every other week and I am so happy! We had out of town guests here while shecleaned and they were also impressed.
