Extremely pleased with the work, just wished it wasn’t so expensive. However I still would hire again ( I will hire for regular ongoing cleaning, as it was just wonderful.)

Very good. They are dependable and trustworthy. My only wish is a bit more responsiveness or communication when I have a complaint or a cleaner has been a bit careless. Mistakes happen, nothing major. I would and have, recommended Eme cleaners and continue to use this company.

I had Eme clean my house consistently about a year ago, then had a major remodel. In that time, their rating dropped from an A to a B - This concerned me so I hired another highly rated cleaner on Angies list. - The other cleaning service did was terrible and very expensive. I decided to give Em Cleaning a try anyway because sometimes bad reviews are not valid and do hurt business's - I don't know the specific's of others, but my experience this time was great. Not only was the cleaning done very well, they wiped light switches, dusted areas that I wouldn't have even thought of. The cleaning was fantastic and definitely worth an A rating. I will definitely use them again.

GREAT JOB CONSIDERING THE TIME FROM LAST CLEANING

I have used the service for years. They are more expensive than other providers. They were not always on-time, sometimes no-show with short notice. But I used to appreciating the work quality. Recently, it has been very difficult making appointments. No reply to messages at all. Definitely, there should be a better way communicating with a returning customer.

My experience with them is very good. The ladies that came out, they asked questions, they followed along with directions very well, within the time they had, they were able to do a few extra things. They stayed busy. They were good. Two ladies came out. In the past before we've more often had crews of three, but we didn't need as much done this time. This crew of two was great.

We would recommend them. We will use them again. They did great. There was two people that came to clean. It took about 3-4 hours. They did top to bottom of a 4 bedroom house. They cared about doing the job the first time. They left it perfect and I am pretty picky. They just did quality cleaning. I would recommend. My first impression was great.

It went great! We are always impressed by how clean our home looks after Eme and her team are finished. We always joke with her that she has an ability to put a certain shine to our home that we can't do on our own. The attention to detail is amazing! Eme cleans parts of the home that we never think to clean. She is truly amazing!

EME arrived on time and the two women worked very hard to get our place sparkling clean. Richard estimated the job to be 3-5 hours and assured us that they would not leave after only 3 hours but would be available for all 5. It took longer than 5 hours and they did a fantastic job. I'd hire them again and would do so for regular biweekly cleaning.

She came with 2 other girls and the spread out to get the work done quickly. We had agreed upon the price prior to the actual work day. Maria Esperanza came to check the house to estimate the cost of cleaning. The first day went of OK. But she could not get the work completed, she requested that she would finish today's work at that but come the next day morning to complete the remainder. I agreed as I did not want them to finish in rush. As promised they came in the morning. Maria Esperanza spoke very professionally while checking the house one day prior and mentioned that if they break or lose anything, she would replace or compensate. The next day when she arrived, I brought to her notice, that 1 bulb in each of the 4 bedrooms were fused as the girls kept the bulbs loose while cleaning them. Also she used up 3 big rolls of my Bounty kitchen towels for cleaning. Plus she had misplaced two of my kitchen napkins. Upon telling her this, the next day, she started to fight and became abusive. She then decided to leave the job undone on the next day, however we had paid her in full on the very first day. Till today, she has not replaced me the bulbs nor my kitchen napkins. My advice, do not go on her presentation. Everything that glitters is not gold..!!!

June was a crazy month with a high school graduation, a college graduation and then to finish it off.... A Wedding. Needless to say we had a lot of family staying with us. My husband and I both work full-time. I decided to hire a housecleaner with my mother-in-laws encouragement. Her present to us, so I wouldn't be stressed. I originally thought it would take about 3/4 hours to clean our house which is about 2700 sq. feet. The time was over 4 hours and they were not able to finish the 3rd bathroom, but the rest of the house looked great. We live on 5 acres and there is a lot of dust from the property and horses... my blinds and window sills never looked better. I am sold on housecleaning, which I never cared to try and will be bringing Eme and her team back every few weeks. I highly recommend them.

I had Eme House Cleaning to clean my mother's house. She has been less than mobile recently, needing hip replacement surgery, and while she was in rehabilitation, I thought to get her placed cleaned. Her normal weekly house cleaner has not been doing too good a job. At first glance, her condo looked fine, but there was a layer of grime on almost everything, and I knew it would take serious time to get the place clean. The rooms of most concern were the kitchen and master bath. Eme and Lupe spent four solid hours cleaning, and I have to say, I haven't seen the place look that good since before my mom moved in! They cleaned EVERYTHING - the cabinets, everything on the counters, the appliances, the blinds, you name it. Since everything was so bad, I just had them concentrate on those areas, but they were able to get in some additional dusting and cleaning - it was all much appreciated, and I will be contacting them to come on a regular basis. I cannot recommend them highly enough. Excellent work, nice people, arrived on time - nothing negative to say at all!

House cleaning I used, last year just before Christmas, I guess it was called initials EME Cleaning Service. They did a good job, the thing is they didn't speak any English and what they thought it cost was different from what there boss had told them. So they had to call him and get that all straightened out but I mean he stuck by what he said. They could have just had better communication skills. They were good workers.

Not well, to put it bluntly. I don't enjoy writing negative reviews, but Eme was supposed to some specific cleaning tasks and also 'deep clean' our 1200 Sq Ft condo rental unit at Solana Beach and Tennis Club and it didn't go as well as we expected. We live 100 miles away in Los Angeles so I arranged the cleaning with Richard over the phone. We left a list of 18 specific tasks we wanted done. We paid $500 for the job, but when we inspected it the weekend after it was done we found many items on the list were either not done or were done poorly. For example "Remove all shelf paper in kitchen and wipe out all cupboards" was task #1. But we found shelf paper still in one cupboard and an 'insect strip' still remaining in another cupboard. Task #5 was "Dust / vacuum lamp shades". But there was still cat hair and dust on several shades, which we took back to LA and cleaned ourselves. And there were still food crumbs in the drawer beneath the oven. I could go on, but you get the idea. We'd already sent a check in good faith that the unit would "sparkle" so that was my mistake to pay without inspecting! Never again! I called Richard to discuss but he said he wasn't there, just Eme and her helpers. I called Eme to complain and told her I felt we should get at least 50% of our $500 returned to us. She said she wanted to make things right and said she'd get back to me. She never did. I called several times again but only got an answering machine. I contacted Richard again and said we'd like 50% of our money back and his response was "...that's not going to happen." But I never got an offer of any amount of refund. I gave up trying to negotiate after a week of trying. So....you can draw your own conclusions from my story. I feel we were 'ripped off' because we were 100 miles away and maybe they thought we wouldn't be inspecting the work. I can't say, but I'd stay far away from this cleaning service in the future. They are obviously NOT interested in having satisfied customers. I'm a self employed consultant so I know how important it is to have satisfied customers. If one of my clients was really unhappy with work I did I'd gladly refund all their money if that's what it took to make things right. Eme's Cleaning Service needs to adopt some of that thinking if they want to stay in business much longer.

Usually 5-30 minutes late. Cleaning was poor, left food in corners of microwave, dust in corners, mopping was streaky, just not very comprehensive. Throws personal papers away. Dish cleaning sponge always missing when they left. Would take dog barriers down and not put them back up, resulting in dog damage when I didn't realize it in time. Did not dust under furniture. Would not use them again.

)Very easy to schedule, provider (Richard Reyes) responded within minutes of our request and we were able to setup time that fit perfect into our busy schedule. The 2 ladies showed just on time and did a great job cleaning the areas that needed deep cleaning. They were efficient professional and polite. The work was completed to our satisfaction and we plan to schedule regular cleanings with Eme house cleaning.

They were two of them for four hours for $ 260. They are a tad more expensive than other places but they are awesome- just awesome! They clean like you would not believe. They're on time and if they run into something where they are going to be a little late, they give you a call- which is always nice. They just do a really, really good job. I've had them clean a number of places. The last place there wasn't anything in it, it was a move out. They cleaned and shined everything. They cleaned and wiped down all the cupboards- everything. It is a condo so the basement is kind of attached to it and they also cleaned up the garage. I've used them for another couple of places that had a lot of furniture, figurines -that kind of stuff. They are very respectful of one's property. I wish I could give them an A+.

They have been here four times. The last time they were here was in September. It's 2,000 square feet. They did an awesome job. It was a horrible day and they called and let me know it was going to take awhile for them to get here. It was a surprise clean for some friends. Everything was in the same position after they were done. They took a picture so they could put everything back where it was. The house had not been done in a while so there was a lot to do. I think the price was very reasonable. They may be a little more expensive than others but, they are well worth it.

Eme and her crew have been working at my home for more than a year. I've recently purchased a new home. Eme and team were here again today. They did a great job throughout my house. I recommended Eme to my new boss who is relocating to San Diego. He and his wife are very happy with Eme's services as well. Eme's kind, considerate, pays attention to the details and does so with a smile. I anticipate a very long relationship with Eme and her team. Thank you ladies! I'll see you in 2 weeks.
