They were very timely. They were very easy to get a hold of. The manager, Richard quoted everything and if I had any questions he got back to me right away.

Called beforehand and was quoted $55 hourly, for two maids. Communication was slow, and even took 10 hours for a reply, when we were told he would call back within 2 hours. After cleaning my brother paid by check and the maids left. They returned a few minutes later and said that the amount was wrong. He asked for an explanation, and ended up talking to Eme on the phone. Eme insisted that the rate was $65 an hour and that it would take 2 hours to clean a 900sft apartment once every 2 weeks. The maids were Hispanic and talked to each other in Spanish. (my brother can understand Spanish.) The price they agreed upon to each other was $85, but the price they told him in English was $95 as a per cleaning rate. The cleaning provided was great, but with communication problems and with lack of a standard pricing structure, I would not recommend.

Crew of two, including the owner. Friendly. Followed my instructions well. Asked me to check afterward to confirm that I was happy. Three hour job.

Eme's team did an excellent job. Arrived on time, worked very hard for a long time. Was very impressed with the quality on such short notice. Looking to sign up on a regular basis.

We've been using them exclusively for the last 2 months and couldn't be happier. In all the reviews we've received from our renters, they repeatedly comment on how clean the apartment is. It's always sparkling after they leave. Richard is very responsive and bends over backwards to meet our scheduling requests. Sometime we have last minute bookings and they always manage to squeeze us in. They seem to be very busy, which sometime means they arrive later than expected, but they always get the place turned around in time for our guests to arrive, and it always looks great.

Eme and her team are great! She and her partner cleaned everything including 3 ceiling fans, a 5' X 4' mirror, vacuumed area rugs, mopped hardwood floors, swept patio, etc., they worked non-stop for three hours and did an excellent job. They completed all my requests. They are nice and pleasant. They honored the $20.00 discount, but I gave it to her as a tip. She deserved it. They will be my first choice the next time I need a cleaning service.

Richard Reyes, the manager, is great. He really helped us get great service on our blinds.

Although they arrive later than programed, they performed the work in a professional manner asking what was expected, etc. and accomplished the results desired. The price was reasonable in relation to the quality of work. Will use them again on a quarterly basis.

The team of three arrived on time and went about the job professionally and efficiently. They were extremely attentive to the details of the job - even using toothbrushes to clean the crevices on the appliances, etc. This is the second time that I've used EME and plan to continue to use them - they are not the cheapest service, but they are definitely the best I've used anywhere. Would highly recommend them!

There was a crew two and they worked for four hours. They cleaned the dining room, living room, kitchen, baseboards, the appliances in the kitchen, and one bathroom. They were very nice, thorough and did an excellent job. They worked the entire time, everything was cleaned well, and I was happy with the service. They had the cleaning process down to a professional level without me having to tell them what to do. I have also scheduled them to come back in August, and would recommend them as well.

Two cleaners spent 5 hours cleaning our house that hadn't been professionally cleaned in a year. Needless, to say, there was a lot of work to do. They were able to get our grout whiter than it had ever been and the house looked better than it ever has. They charge $60/hr for 2 cleaners, which is not cheap, but they got the job done, and I have no complaints. We asked them back the following week for just a 2 hour clean prior to another open house.

I was putting my home on the market for sale and needed it to really shine. I looked on Angie's List and found Eme House Cleaning Service to be one of the highest rated house cleaning services. I called them up and left a message. The next day a man called me back, apologized for not having returned my call sooner, and we discussed my house cleaning needs. I basically told him I was putting my home on the market and needed every inch cleaned, from top to bottom, with particular emphasis on the kitchen and bathrooms. He took all my information and said he'd get back to me with a date/time. He called back within a day and we arranged the time. Eme then came over and looked over my whole house. I explained the areas of concern - that I wanted the kitchen and bathrooms spotless, I wanted the baseboards clean, cobwebs cleaned, and everything spotless. Eme brought a crew of two women who got to work at 12:00 p.m. on the appointed day. I was doubtful they could do the work I wanted starting in the afternoon, but these two women worked hard. They started on the second story and worked their way down. I was home all day while they cleaned, and while they chatted while they worked, they never slacked, and they didn't stop work until 7:00 p.m. The house was transformed. I simply could not believe my eyes. They got things clean that I had unsuccessfully tried to scrub clean. I was amazed when I found them outside washing the outside of the windows, which I certainly did not expect. In fact, I had arranged window cleaners for the following day, and I had to call and cancel the window cleaning. The kitchen was cleaner than I'd ever seen it - including the interiors of all the appliances - oven cleaned, microwave cleaned, refrigerator too. The original oak kitchen cabinets were spotless, and all it took was for me to polish their work off with some Liquid Gold for them to look incredible. The two women for 7 hours cost me $420, which I thought was a steal for what I got. The home looks amazing. If I were not moving, I would definitely hire Eme again, and I might have them back to do a spruce up cleaning before the sale of my home concludes.

I hired Eme's team to clean my house on a bi-weekly basis. The team assigned to my home consists of 2 sisters. Today was their 4th visit. They consistantly do an excellent job. They're on time, friendly, and stay focused on the work. They are very responsive to the level of detail that I desire. I've often told housekeepers that I want everything cleaned every time they're here. Eme's team has done that quite nicely. Everything is cleaned and put back in its place. I appreciate that. Eme and her husband, Richard, are super nice people, as well. I plan to maintain this relationship indefinitely.

I talked to him on the phone and gave him the square footage. He said it was awefully big, but I told him that I only wanted 3 rooms and some dusting done. He said he would be ok for a Tuesday, but would get back to me. He never called. I called him to confirm the Tuesday appointment and he said they weren't coming. He said he would call me back to reschedule and again, he never called.

We are very pleased with the excellent job they did.

Eme and crew brought a very dismal looking condominium (after a tenant move out) back to an inviting environment. It took a lot of hard work and a lot of skill but she managed to save us from having to do lots of further, more expensive work and replacement. She was friendly and lovely to deal with. Her husband Richard was very efficient and helpful in scheduling, etc. I most assuredly will use this wonderful company again and am so glad they are in our area!

Eme and her crew provided first class, extremely thorough cleaning of our 3 bedroom, 3 bath, 1500 sq ft home. It became a bit of a game for me to check various nooks & crannies (where I probably wouldn't have cleaned if I'd been doing it myself) and in almost every case, they'd already made it spotless. They did an awesome job and were a joy to work with - could not recommend them more highly.

Eme and one helper showed up and cleaned, and cleaned and cleaned. I was horrified at how really dirty my home was. They missed nothing, were cheerful, polite, competent, and have a WOW work ethic. Eme is now hired on a regular basis, and I can't praise her highly enough.;

I contacted Eme House Cleaning Service just a few days before I was expecting my family for a visit from out of town. My house was in bad shape and I needed a good hard cleaning ASAP. I read through the reviews on Angie's List and quickly sorted through them believing that Eme House Cleaning Service was what I was looking for. I called the the number posted for the business and spoke with Richard. He was professional, polite, listened attentively and understood immediately that I was in a jam and needed a lot of help on very short notice. We spoke on a Monday and I explained that I had carpet cleaner coming on Tuesday and company coming on Thursday, so we had a very short window...either Wednesday or Thursday. He told me he would check with Eme to see if there was time in the schedule that week and get right back to me. He did as he promised and set up an appointment for Eme to come see my place and provide me with an estimate. Eme worked with my schedule and came by late in the afternoon after her long day at work to see my place. Eme, like Richard, was professional, polite, and listened attentively while I explained what I needed. She provided me an estimate of approximately 3 hours (give or take a little more) and quoted $60/hour for a team of two. I showed her that I had a BIG problem that I needed help with...my cupboards had been hit by mice while I was out of town and had basically destroyed the place. They had found a way in through the dryer exhaust and a whole in my drywall. I needed two pantries cleaned, disinfected and reorganized. Eme observed the damage and did not hesitate. She responded reassuringly with, "No problem, we will take care of this." And they did. Because they were fitting me in their schedule, they had to start early before their regular scheduled hours. To accommodate me, Eme told me that she would start by herself early around 7:30 am and two other team members would arrive an hour later to continue. Eme arrived timely and went straight to work. She wasted no time getting things in shape. The other 2 team members (2 gals) arrived timely approximately one hour later. They were professional, mature, hard-working and went straight about their business, not wasting time with small talk or gossip. Because the job ended up being bigger than we had anticipated, Eme stayed almost the whole time with the team of two. To help with time (because they fit me in), I jumped in too to help with the dusting. By the time the job was done, it had taken approximately 5 hours, but it was all necessary...the team did not waste time or draw time out to make the job take longer than it should have. We just had a LOT to do. I will definitely use Eme and her team again. They have earned my respect, appreciation, and seal of approval. Thanks, Eme, Richard and Team! Great job! JW

I have a 2700 sq. foot home that needed cleaning from top to bottom. We put our house up for sale and we needed every nook and cranny cleaned. Eme was fantastic! She and her team spent so much time to make sure the job was done correctly. Honestly, she and her team took much longer than I anticipated because they did such a great job. In addition, they adjusted their schedule to accommodate ours with pretty short notice. I would recommend this business highly.

Great! Richard is always on top of arranging the appointment and was good at getting back to me with the estimate. Eme and her crew did a fantastic job cleaning the property thoroughly. It was a move out cleaning so they cleaned inside all the cabinets and drawers too. I was very happy to see the outcome. This home is almost 2200 sf with 4 Bedrooms, 1 Bathroom, and 1 loft. This is the second time I have used their services and both times were exceptional service!
