Description of Work: I'm a realtor and had a listing that was closing on the day that the cleaning was scheduled and at the last minute discovered that there was trash and items abandoned by the tenants in the property. Not only did I need a cleaning but I was scrambling about what to do with the trash. I called Richard, who I scheduled with, to let them know of my new situation and without beat was able to provide service to dispose of the trash and had someone there within the hour to help with the trash in addition to cleaning a very dirty house. Eme, along with her co-worker is fantastic, very quick and efficient and finished on time in spite of the fact that on top of everything else to my additional surprise, the electricity had been turned off. Wow, I can't thank them enough and so impressed by their flexibility, their responsiveness and grace in a difficult situation. I learned about Eme through Angie's list and so happy I did and highly recommend their services!

Eme takes care of everything beautifully. | |Their service is more expensive than most, to be sure, but I would rather have a Team that does a really thorough, caring job than a cheaper one that rushes through and does a careless job that I then have to re-do! | |Eme is my go-to from now on!

Description of Work: My 88 year old mom lives alone in a mobile home. She was resistant to having a cleaning service. She was recently hospitalized and I took the opportunity to hire Eme's House Cleaning Service for a deep cleaning. Eme came over right on time on the scheduled day with two women who would do the work. The fee was $65/hr, and I told them what i wanted done. Eme estimated that it would take 6 or 7 hours to complete the tasks on my list, and I agreed. The women worked at a very good pace, and got done in 6 hours. It was a very hot day, but their energy didn't flag. The bathrooms look great now, and the kitchen, which needed a lot of attention, looks better than I ever thought it could. I had intended just to do this deep cleaning, but once my mom returns home, I will have Eme's cleaning service out to mom's place regularly.

Description of Work: They were hired to clean a client's home. They did an alright (not spectacular) job and charged $80.00.00 per hour for 3 people for 4 1/2 hours to clean 1733 square feet. It wasn't that dirty. I could have done the same job with just myself in 6 hours. I found their fee to be outrageous. They were also supposed to give a 20% discount for coming through Angie's list, and they didn't.

Description of Work: I am quite pleased with the housekeeping service provided by Eme House Cleaning Service. I initially employed them in July 2012 and continued service every 2 weeks. I highly recommend Eme and her crew. They are the BEST!

Description of Work: SIMPLY. THE. BEST. After years of housekeepers, cleaning services, etc., I have found the ONE! Eme, Carolina and other staff have been to my home twice within two weeks. The first service they arrived at 12:15 PM and did not leave until @ 7:30 PM. They cleaned my house as no one has done before, and when they left, it was shining! I am setting up a regular service with them. Eme also arranged to clean our RV when we were getting ready for a trip and I just couldn't clean the thing myself. Carolina arrived and in two hours had cleaned, scrubbed and polished everything! I could go on and on, but what it boils down to is that Eme provides professional, extremely courteous and CARING services. Thank you, Eme, Carolina and Angie's List!
