Description of Work: Their promotion to replace 2000 sq ft roof for 8300.00 was excellent. They did this and replaced damaged wood (which in my case was extensive) for under 10 k.

Description of Work: The fellow came out and did the estimate. He told me that there was too much work to do repairs and the whole roof would have to be replaced. The majority of the roof is less than 5 years old. It would also have required having the solar panels removed and reinstalled. | |The guy acted like he was doing me a big favor by coming to do the estimate. We ended up going with another company that did just repairs for around $2000 - which was too expensive but much less than the $10K+ we would have paid C39. | |I suspect with El Nino threatening, roofer are sitting pretty. But this is pretty ridiculous. | |

Description of Work: Absolutely awesome experience. The job had addons from termite damage and they took these in stride and performed timely, professionally with a perfect result! Crew was punctual, professional and cleaned up every single scrap. Would definitely HIGHLY recommend.

Description of Work: Such amazing work by Fidel and his crew. Sam and Jose did impeccable work removing, saving, and reinstalling my 80-year-old mission tile roof with new high-quality felting and flashing. They even installed waterproof membrane in the places where they were worried about how valleys might allow water to collect--and charged me nothing for the use of this more expensive material! They took care to reuse old tiles towards the front, and new, machine-made tiles to the back and sides, to keep the period appearance of the house intact, and carefully mortared in a way to match the original look. The crew left the roof and the surrounding yard looking impeccable, were quiet and efficient, and were overall, a delight to work with. Fidel may not be the quickest to reach out, but he responds to calls, questions, and concerns--however small--quickly, efficiently, and patiently. I trusted him implicitly--he even did a walk-through and gave me a referral for patching my foam/membrane flat roof--a product he doesn't work with, so no possible profit to him. I'd use c39 again in a minute.

Description of Work: I had to phone twice, leaving a message both times before someone returned my call. Some came out to inspect, but couldn't complete the task because he didn't bring the correct ladder. His promise was to return the next week to thoroughly inspect. That week passed and I have yet to receive any communication from C39. I have contacted another company

Description of Work: I did have an appt. for estimate; I had to cancel. I called them back three times to reschedule and no one returned the call. I assume they are out of business.

Description of Work: Work was no problem. They estimated repair would 1.5 days and up to 30 tiles. Actual was less than full day and less than a dozen. Price reduce was less than 10%. I feel stiffed

Description of Work: Job and work performance was very good. Price was higher than expected considering the duration of effort was way less than original estimate. One day to complete vs. One+half days, price reduction was less than proportional to reduced effort and tiles replaced. Suggest you watch the estimate vs. actual and agree in advance that this will be proportional to effort received.

Description of Work: C-39 Roofing did roofing work for me.

Description of Work: C/39 Roofing installed a new 40 year composite roof on my vacation home- a log cabin on Palomar Mountain. The job also involved repairing damage done by a falling tree.

Description of Work: Removed clay tiles, replaced damaged wood, placed 2 layers of roofing 'paper' (while tiles were off, a termite extermination was completed so tiles would not be broken during that process), new flashing and tiles were then placed. All this was done during the worst rains we have had in years.
