Description of Work: I called San Elijo Locksmiths on a Saturday morning not expecting same day service but rather to set something up for the following week. I was pleased to hear they could come out that very morning and were able to finish the job before we started of on our weekend plans. They were very punctual, fast with the work, and professional in every way. If we have issues or ever need locks changed San Elijo Locksmith will get the call.

 + -1 moreOur handyman broke the front door lock (working on replacing the weatherstripping and base plate) late on a Saturday afternoon and short of nailing it shut, we had to have someone come immediately. I had used San Elijo Locksmiths before and they were my first choice. I called and he was there within the hour. He swapped out the cylinder and pointed out where the handyman was deficient in his work and what needed to be done to make it right. I highly recommend them!

 + -1 moreI phoned as he was just finishing up a job and he said he could be at the house in 20 or 25 minutes. He gave me an estimate over the phone ($49 for the service call and $19 for the 15-minute job of removing the box). He arrived right when he said he would and removed the box.

 + -1 moreBill responded to an emergency call - faulty locks had essentially locked us out. There were three locks that needed changing but multiple factors (mostly due to how old the structure is, a situation which carries with it all sort of non-standard quirks) made it necessary to meet the next morning, a Sunday at 7 AM. Bill was there on time and persevered, finding creative workarounds, until the job was done. I should add that, given the urgency of my predicament, we had never discussed price. Bill certainly could have used that excuse to charge heavily, but he did not. I consider the price he charged extremely fair for the amount of time and effort involved.
Description of Work: Changed three keyed entry locks in an old, quirky building.
