Description of Work: I rate A-1 Factory Direct as A-1! They installed hardwood in my kitchen and at my front door entry way with a simply GORGEOUS outcome. And Galileo, who performed the work, was such a talented, hard worker--not to mention a real sweet guy. Moreover, we were especially impressed with Robert Chamberlain, the manager who I initially worked with and who carefully followed the job to completion. It took one day for Galileo to finish the job, but Robert was here in the morning to make sure all was going well, and followed up with a visit the very next day to make sure we were satisfied. I must say, there was an impressive attention to detail, and I'd go with these folks any day. Bottom line, I highly recommend them to all.

Description of Work: This company is A1 in my book. I have been using them for many, many years and they have never disappoint. They have installed the laminate flooring thoughout my house and have replaced the carpets in the bedrooms and other rooms. Their service is superb and very, very accomodating. In the last carpet installation, I did not like the carpet after it was installed. The owner, Bob Chamberlain, was very understanding and help me pick out the right carpet. The installers are very polite, work fast with attention to detail. Yes, I would use them again.
