Description of Work: Ted Seeley did a termite inspection. He informed us that the termite report that the seller of our house had presented had omitted $6300 of pest report issues. Ted's report, done exactly a month previous to the report we were given by the Seller, was accurate. The Seller failed to disclose Ted's report. | |What ensued was a complex series of events in which I got the Seller to pay for the pest report work identified by Ted. Ted was there with me every step of the way. He also supervised a contractor that did the corrective work. Ted was very helpful and professional and I came to rely on him to get everything done on budget, on time, and with proper attention to good work. | |I learned that not all pest companies are honest and competent. Brezden is both. I would not hesitate to use Brezden again and to recommend them to others.

Description of Work: Full free inspection found limited termite activity in attic, also minor wood damage under decking. I fixed the deck wood myself and only had the attic serviced with local (non-tenting) chemicals by Brezden. They handled things very professionally and gave a 2 year guaranty on their work.

Description of Work: Brezden tented our house for a termite infestation, and repaired the damaged portions. They were very responsive to our questions and needs, and performed the services as expected. We did have one problem: our gas was not turned on when we returned because a worker had not left the key where it was supposed to be for the gas company. That was not a good surprise, but an understandable mistake.

Description of Work: We had them come to complete bat removal and then fill the area the bats were entering on our chimney. It went very well. The crevices the bats were entering was extremely high, they were able to hang a net to allow the bats to escape and then later return to fill the crevices. We are very pleased with the service and are using them again for our termite extermination. The bid was very fair and all work was included.

Description of Work: They sprayed the exterior perimeter of the house remove cobwebs and baited the interior of the house

Description of Work: Spot treated my house for termites;when another nest in same area was detected, they returned to treat that as well at no additional charge.

Description of Work: I had spotted termites when the phone repairman opened an area to do line repairs. They came and treated the area and were excellent and very economical

Description of Work: The inspector examined all lower areas under house and along edges of exterior siding. Recomonended tenting for more complete future problems with some questionable area, which we declined. Treated the main signs that were noted. Also called attention to subporting heavy wood beam supporting one area of our concrete driveway. The beam is showing signs of rotting and should be replacded, perhaps with steel beam. Am arranging to have that replaced. The inspector seemed very knowledgable and very patient discribing what he was able to detect.
