Brezden was thorough. They found things that I didn't notice. They were fast and the job was done very professionally which made the wife very happy. I have them a B on responsiveness because they are busy and it took a day or so to schedule up the work. After that they met every milestone. Hired them for them for another property. Good job!

Their service is exceptional. When I had an infestation of field rats, some of which make a next in my car, they came to the rescue. Customer friendly and courteous. Recommend them highly. Ed

I have used Brezden Pest Control for over 26 years. From the front office staff to the technicians - a professional, courteous, animal loving group of folks. The service has been top-notch. Recommend! A+

Because the house was empty at the time, it was quite easy to prepare for the treatment. The one item that was unusual was that I had to contact Southern California Gas Company in order to get the gas turned back on and be there when the gas technician was there. Friends of ours who had the treatment done by a different business quite recently didn't have to be present when the gas company came. It was all taken care of by the termite company.

I had to keep phoning Brezden to get my report. Finally received a report 3 weeks later. In the meantime I got other bids. Brezden came in the most expensive. They didn't seem to care about getting my business.

The fumigation went very well. And from there it was downhill. When I asked them to come out and explain things on the report for their second return visit. I do not live at this property and they did not alert me to this second visit appointment time so I was not present and I had wanted to talk to them face to face. When I asked them to come out for a third visit to explain things the son complained to me about having to be there. The first thing he said when he arrived was, "Do you know how many times I've been out here?" I then asked him to leave. We had spent $6,000 having the house newly repainted and on their second visit they marked all over the house with a bright orange grease marker that was very hard to get off. He did this without me being there and I had requested they wait until I was present. When I asked them to come back after all the work was done for the termite work and the dry rot, they refused and said that I was outside of the time limit and I had to hire another pest control company. The second company stated to me that it was incredible that they had missed two eaves facia boards that were extremely dry rotted. It ended up costing me a lot of money. The house was being sold and this had never been pointed out to me so I had to scramble and way over pay to fix these eaves. I had to pay more than I would have to fix the dry rot on the eaves. So this pest control company comes out but doesn't advise you when they'll be there and you have to call them to come back out. They were unprofessional in that they missed two very important dry rotted areas and their son complained to me about having to come back out. It was very hard to get a hold of the principle of this company, John Sr. I asked for him a few times and my call was directed to others.

Highest Praises for Brezden Inspector Ted Seeley and Coordinator Kathy Chung (give these folks a raise!) They were professional and delivered quick responding of communication and direct answers to any questions/concerns we had. We only have the highest +10/10 review for these two. Downside comment should be directed towards the sub-contractor fumigation service they used and their lack of "security" of our property - upon our return (2 days after tent removal) was the fumigation sub had left our driveway gate WIDE open and our carport contains (kayaks, power tools, etc, etc.) accessible for theft. Yikes! Fortunately we live in a safe neighborhood and nothing was lost (that we know of at this point) BUT that lack of security could have presented us w/losses upward of hundreds of dollars. Bottom line - Ted Seeley and Kathy Kung were Excellent! Fumigation Servicer scored a 3/10 for securing our property.

The service keeps me as a customer, they have good service.

I called in the afternoon and they came the next morning. Gave me a two hour window and arrived within the time frame. Explained the process, sprayed the wasps and cleaned up before leaving. I had lots of questions and he patiently answered all of them. I would definitely use them again and highly recommend them. I had several nests throughout the eaves and two very large and very active at the top of the roof. We looked at doing it ourselves but due to the height of the roof top, felt it was better to bring in a professional. We are glad we did and felt the cost was well worth it.

It went well. The Brezden employee Theodore Seeley treated my unit and he was very professional, polite, explained the process, and answered all my questions. I was very pleased.

Very professional,assessed the situation provided a detailed plan of attack and a written estimate. Returned the next day to preform the work. All the employees are very nice and very professional. We one have them providing monthly pest control services which are very effective.

Great help over the phone and a quick appointment. The day before our appointment with an inspector, Brezden sent over a fumigator to measure all our buildings and tell us what would need to be done IF we have bedbugs. We live way out in the country so it was no small thing. Next day Josh arrived on the button. He spent 45 minutes inspecting our home MINUTELY for bedbugs. Verdict: we don't have them! He was courteous, respectful, and explained what he was finding. He told us how to set out traps we can buy ourselves to find out what has been causing our bites. We were so happy to have this great service. What a relief!

Employees arrived on schedule and proceeded directly with the installation of stainless steel cables and hardware on the first day. On the second days, exclusion netting was 95% installed. Employee returned on third day to complete the installation of netting. Cleaning of the pigeon/dove droppings was performed during a fourth visit. The final product included blird netting installed (clipped) between two stainless steel cables and cleaning 100% of pigeon/dove droppings. All work performed by Brezdin Pest Control met or exceeded my expectations.

This is an ongoing problem and will have to be periodically attended to since the house is in a rural location and the critters seem to want their land back. Not being in residence full time makes it hard to tell how timely they are, especially since they have not done well with requests to call me with updates. The initial service seems to have gone well; my tech, Josh, was very informative. Follow-up seems to not go so well, though. After initial one-month service with weekly service, they come once a month. Since traps are left in place during that time, carcasses in the traps decompose and attract other pests. They were to have plugged up access to the under-house space before going to the monthly service, but I don't believe that has happened.

We are scheduled to tent our house for termites next month.

The experience with Brezden Pest Control has been very good. There was somebody who answered the phone immediately and I did not have to leave a message and this person could quote prices and make an appointment right there and then. They showed up on time and immediately and when they came, we talked about the problem and they walked through the yard and looked at all of the issues that were there with me, they walked through the house and looked at where the issues were in the house, we talked about it all and how bad the situation was. He used different bait to attract the ants in the house and took them back to the nest to kill the queen. They will be coming on a monthly basis and they have called to follow up and see if I am satisfied and how it is all going. The result has been phenomenal, the ant problem inside the house just disappeared after a few days. They were expensive for the first visit but I am very happy with the result and it was worth it.

Having to have your house fumigated requires a fair amount of work on the homeowners part to remove various indoor plants and food but the peace of mind knowing your home is free of wood destroying pests is worth it.

The technicians are licensed and fingerprinted. Incredibly knowledgable, friendly, and prompt; my appointment was for 8 am; I noticed the technician sitting outside in his truck at 7:45, waiting for 8:00! The second time a technician came out he was equally as punctual. For people who work this was especially appreciated. They took the time to answer all my questions and concerns. I am very pleased with Brezden. I had forgotten I used them approximateloy a year ago to spray for ants. I wanted environmentally/pet safe spray (I wasn't a member of Angie's List back then) - they did a great job then, too. The office staff are equally knowledgable and friendly. Great job, all!

I don't dislike anything about them. They're prompt and reasonable. They seem to do their job. I won't be using them again because I'm moving, but if I could I would use them again in the future.
