"This company remodel my bathroom and kitchen, the bathroom was not too bad apart from causing a leak and making a whole in the newly plastered kitchen ceiling and then tried to blame my gasman. The kitchen is a different story, after having the keys to my house for nearly 4 weeks when I wen to see the kitchen it was like a building site, the company have been back out 3 times and still a shambles, now refusing to answer any of my emails. The owner phoned and threatened to sue me. Avoid at all costs, I now have to go down legal route. Worst company I have ever dealt with. My advice stay away from this company."

"We hired Bear Remodeling to convert our garage into an ADU for my mom to live in, and they knocked it out of the park! They handled everything. The team added proper insulation, installed new windows for natural light, and created a small but efficient kitchen area. They even finished the exterior paint to match our house perfectly. The transformation is incredible. You'd never know it used to be a garage. It took about 8 weeks from start to finish, which was actually faster than we expected. "Excellent! I thought I needed a new thermostat since I wasn’t getting any heat. Juan came over , checked the circuit breaker and found that the breaker was worn out. He replaced the breaker and found that the thermostat was still functioning. He could have said that the thermostat needed replacing too but instead he just said you needed a new circuit breaker. I really appreciated the honesty. If he said I needed the thermostat too I would have paid for both thus increasing my bill. I just want to add a few more comments about the work that he’s done for me. I first met Juan when he came over to my house to stabilize a lose tile that was above my garage door. Then I showed him mold growing next to my shower door. He found a small crack that allowed water to seep into the sheet rock. He replaced the shower door and the sheet rock that was growing mold. Then I took him to the bathroom where I showed him a bulging floor board next to the toilet. He found a small crack in the toilet tank that slowly dripped water on to the backside of toilet dripping water onto the base board. He offered to repair the tank but I told him to go ahead and replace the toilet. I can’t say enough about Juan. Whatever the problem is he’ll figure out how to fix it. When he approaches a problem he approaches with a positive attitude. Another time my ceiling fan went out and I asked him to come out to see what the problem was. Instead over the phone he told me to check the remote control. I went on Amazon and ordered a new remote control . I placed in new batteries and the fan started working. He didn’t charge me anything for the advice. I was prepared to buy a new fan and all I needed was a new remote. Juan is multi talented. I’ve recommend him to my neighbor and he’s done a couple of projects for her (leaking roof). Lastly, in a couple of weeks he’s coming over to paint my front door and put a new latch on my side gate. I’m 77 years with an injured leg so fixing things around the house is difficult for me. Juan has made my life easier."
