Description of Work: These guys were great! I was moving my things from a storage unit in Castro Valley to a one bedroom condo in Oakland. They started around 8am and were finished by about 12:30pm. They were so much faster and efficient than the company I used moving out of my previous place. I will definitely be using them again for any future moves.

Description of Work: Packed and moved from Hayward CA to Beaverton OR. We received a quote for packing and moving total of $3600. At the end of the move they said we owed $7500. After 3 days of disputes we agreed on a final cost of approx $5700.

Description of Work: There were a few issues with my move that I needed to follow up on after the fact. Everyone I dealt with in the office was courteous and professional, and they tried very hard to make up for the mistakes that were made during the move itself. A+ for customer service, but at the same time, I wish I didn't have damaged furniture and a less-than-perfect move experience to have to work with them on.
