Very well. Courteous movers They were very friendly and helped organize placement. The communications were excellent with emails re service conditions and voice mail alerts.

These guys were great! They came on time as promised and got right to work moving our things out of the house. They packed up the furniture with a lot of care and were very careful not to bump into walls and doors during the move. I will gladly use this company again and highly recommend them to others!

It was great. Corey and his team worked hard and got the truck loaded in no time, despite the three flights of stairs they had to endure. They packed our furniture with care. All in a it was a great experience and I would recommend Corey and his team to anyone looking to get moved.

Edgar and his crew moved our 1 bedroom apartment in the pouring rain. They were punctual and quick. They took great care in hauling our belongings and were very helpful packing a large memorabilia collection. A+ would recommend for any move

I am a repeat customer with NorthStar Moving. NorthStar helped me move into my house last year and my experience was excellent so I hired them to help my parents move into their apartment. The team was punctual and conscientious about the move. Everything was properly handled and wrapped. The team moved things up three flights of stairs very quickly. The move went so smoothly! The team showed up on time and immediately walked me through the process. I had a lot of stuff that wasn’t quite packed and they said no problem, and helped me pack the rest of it. They even helped me move furniture that my parents were taking separately. At the new place, the elevator broke and the team didn’t even bat an eye and started running up and down the stairs moving everything. Roger and his entire team was so attentive and super efficient. I will remember them for my next move for sure!

Great! This is my second time using Northstar and both experiences have been great. Movers are fast, professional, and really friendly. They brought all the supplies one would need, helped box things and unbox without issue. Also went the extra mile to help with any things that came up even if it might not have been strictly moving duties. There was also no surprises when it comes to charges. I will likely use them once again on my next move (which hopefully is more than a year this time) and would recommend to others.

They helped to make the moving a lot more easier. They are on time, and fast in terms of packing and wrapping our stuff. They are also very patient when we wanted to try different ways to set up the new place. We had a good experience.

Our three movers -- Corey, Carlos and Juan -- gave us a friendly heads-up phone call letting us know their ETA and that they were on their way, then arrived promptly on time in our scheduled window. The team was professional and fast from the beginning, jumping right in with their helpful equipment after I gave them a quick overview of the space. They moved our boxes carefully with roll carts, wrapped our fragile computer monitors with cushioned blankets, taped our extra open boxes when we ran out, and packed everything tightly in their truck so we only had to take one trip -- all included in their fair hourly rate. For the time and price, our service couldn't have been better. We hope to book them again next time!

Best moving experience I've had across four different moves/cities. We had a three man crew (Roger, Jose, and Andreas) who were outstanding! They arrived right on time and even managed to find parking on the busy streets of San Francisco. They were efficient, personable and strong movers! I am still sitting in disbelief at how perfect a move across a city like San Francisco went. They were able to move our studio apartment filled with furniture and boxes up and down four flights of stairs in our older North Beach apartment over to a new complex in Mission Bay, combined with stairs and elevators. The whole move took only about 3.5 hours and we had a great time through the process (can't believe I'm saying that about a move!). Thanks again NorthStar! Would recommend to anyone moving around the Bay Area!

The movers were very punctual and courteous. Made the move very easy and not stressful. When I first reached out a for a quote someone got back to me right away and were extremely responsive with all of the questions that I had. Price was also comparable to other companies. Would definitely recommend and use again!

The three men showed up right on time and prepared with everything we needed. They started packing up right away and even packed all my hanging clothes themselves in their wardrobe boxes which are amazing!! They made sure to confirm which items were going and which were staying. They securely wrapped all our furniture in moving blankets so they didn't get damaged and our mattress in a big mattress bag which I didn't even think of but was sure glad they did! Then they made sure everything went in the right spot at the new apartment. They were just awesome and we will definitely hire them again for any moves in the future. Thank you NorthStar!

Excellent team of Professionals! From start to finish! Arrived on time prepped Furtune by wrapping each piece to help minimize the chance of damage. Loading of the 2 trucks went very fast based on the ability to communicate with us as well as each other! The unload at the new home went great! These guys are real pro! Can’t say enough good things about North Star movers!
