Our experience was excellent overall. The service includes movers and storage as well. They gave us a call the day before to confirm the appointment, a call an hour before they came to our house, and they arrived promptly on each appointment. They were very careful while moving and storing our stuff and we received our items in excellent condition. We will definitely use them again and recommend them to our friends and family as well.

The contact person was really nice and she responded promptly to my change of dates. I was asked to reconfirm the move 2 days ago and again the morning of the approximate time of the arrival times- awesome. The movers are great as usual as this is our second time using the company. We would totally recommend this service to anybody.

Edgar, Cory, and Will came to my apartment on time and also called me giving me thirty minutes’ notice. All my stuff was already packed, and they worked very quickly to get all my furniture wrapped up and onto the moving truck. After that, they arrived at the new location promptly and unpacked and reassembled all the furniture. Nothing was damaged and they were all very professional and friendly.

They were very responsive and professional. The office manager responded to my call right away and gave me a good quote and time estimate then sent me a confirmation. The movers called early the morning of the move to tell me they were leaving and a time window that they would arrive in. They arrived on time and got to work immediately and efficiently. They were cooperative and careful with everything. I think they were more careful with my stuff than I am. All together it was a great experience and I am very impressed.

I had a giid experience moving with North Star. The movers called an hour before showing up and were puntual. We only ordered 3 movers but they gave us 4, free of charge. The movi went smoothly and it was done in a very professional way. They clearly explained all of the fees that would be charged. There was no slacking off and the movers worked hard the entire time. The guys were awesome!! They called to confirm ahead of time, they also kept me updated as they were on their way. Once they arrived, (right on time) the got straight to work. All 3 men were very professional, courteous and were very careful with our belongings. They were sure to wrap everything very carefully and used high quality materials. They were punctual and very pleasant to work with when many companies turned me away because of my belongings being in a POD facility. They graciously helped me remove plastic from large pieces of furniture and place larger objects I couldn't handle by myself. They were also able to maneouver their truck and my belongings down a very narrow street with limited space. I will definitely hire them again for future moves.

The move was great! Set up the time only a few days before hand and was contacted back quickly. The crew arrived well within the window and were efficient and effective during the move. Everything made it in great shape and we were well under the originally estimated time.

We hired Northstar Moving after an okay experience with another company. Northstar movers were great. They were on time and even called us about an hour before letting us know their arrival time.
