"Certainly would not recommend this company or use it again. I booked a move-out cleaning and several of the items that were supposed to be included did not get done. When I reached out to receive a refund, I was told that one could not be provided and then was only given a $25 refund for a service where I paid over $200. This is simply bad business, if your company cannot uphold its promise in terms of service then simply refund a customer‘s money and take accountability for the fact that your employees did not do their job."

We had a whole back and forth conversation and already confirmed the appt when we made it last week. I have a newborn baby and don’t have time to be checking my texts multiple times a day. They sent me a text yesterday morning letting me know that they require confirmation within 24 hours. This was 2 hours before the 24 hour mark. They basically set me up to fail with that one. Pretty much every business sends confirmation or reminder texts and emails but I’ve never had to confirm an appt I already scheduled."

Back in 2007, when she migrated from Brazil, she started her journey and today we are a well known company around the bay area with over 60 clients. I have been working at my mother’s company for over 5 years. We have been working together to expand our business in hopes to provide more for our family and for me to get a chance to stay in college and major in psychology.
