My microwave stopped working so I searched for an electrician and contacted a few. Jose was very responsive and asked me if I had tried a few things before coming out, which I appreciated because I really didn’t know why my microwave suddenly stopped working and what to look for. He arrived on time as scheduled and was very professional and helpful. A year later a switch wasn’t working and my husband wasn’t able to fix it.
