Description of Work: When the company changed hands, the new owners agreed to charge me the same amount as the previous owner for cleaning the carpet. Instead, they charged me significantly more. When I questioned the price they basically said I was stuck since I signed for the service. This was the last time I dealt with The Carpet Butler!
