Description of Work: Stanley Steemer gave me a quote on the phone and when they arrived, they preformed the cleaningquickly and efficiently. My grandson who lives with me had a kidney transplant in July. I was concerned that the carpets be cleaned and left without chemical or residue. They did a fabulous job cleaning all carpet in the house and the young me who provided the service were efficient and professional. They were wonderful to work with through the whole process. I will definitely hire them again!

The people were okay but overcharging is never a good thing. The work they did could have been better. I would say they don't take their time to do a good job.

 + -1 moreI had a horrible experience with this company. I was very uncomfortable while the worker was in my home. They did a lousy job cleaning the carpets, and overall it was a very bad business experience. I was talked into giving a tip for the deal, and was very unhappy.

 + -1 moreThis company did a really bad job and I would not recommend them to other people. They have rude people and are very expensive. I will never use them again. They did a very bad job. When they came out they wouldn't move the furniture and I couldn't move it myself because I am an older woman, so they just cleaned around my furniture and didn't get the carpet very clean.

Description of Work: WE HAD NASTY MESSY CARPETS FROM OUR DOG AND MY MOTHER-IN-LAW. OUR PLACE SMELLED REALLY BAD AND WE WERE IN NEED OF SOME SERIOUS CARPET CLEANING. WE CALLED AND WERE ABLE TO SET UP AN APPOINTMENT EASILY AND IN A SHORT TIME FRAME. THEY ARRIVED EXACTLY ON TIME AND THEY WERE VERY PROFESSIONAL. THEY ALLOWED US TO STAY IN THE HOUSE AND TALKED TO US ABOUT HOW WE CAN MAINTAIN OUR CARPETS. IN ADDITION, THEY WERE FAST. OUR HOME IS 1200 SQ FT AND THEY WERE DONE IN ABOUT 45 MINUTES. IT WAS GREAT. THE CARPETS LOOKED NEW AGAIN...AND THEY STILL DO. IT WAS A VERY PLEASANT EXPERIENCE. OUR PLACE DOESN'T SMELL ANYMORE EITHER.
