They were in and out. They came on time. There was a window of time and they came. They did the stuff and they were out of here. The furniture looks fine. The price was fair.

They're pretty good and reliable. It's kinda hit and miss with whoever shows up. They give you a two-hour window which is nice, not a four-hour like most places so you don't have to wait around all day for it. If I speak to any friends or family about them, I would say use them. They're always available. As far as availability, you can usually get the date and time you want within a week so that's pretty good. They're certainly a lot cheaper than these small guys that come out. They're certainly in the ballpark. They're competitive and without going over. Their quality is usually good. They were really good about sending someone back.

They were punctual, friendly and very professional. Offer tips on keeping the carpet clean longer. They took approx. 1 hr. and 45 mins. got a stain out that other carpet cleaning companies couldn't. They provided a courtsey call 4 days after performing a service.

I usually use this company. I had new carpeting installed in 1988. This company was recommended by the people I had bought the carpets from. They have always done a very good job for me. I would recommend them because they do an excellent job on the cleaning. My rugs have always been clean because of their work. Everytime I have used them, I have always been pleased. Their price is always decent. Whenever I call them, they are always available. They have always been able to accommodate my schedule into theirs. There have been times when they have come out later in the day because I needed them to do the work. On their most recent visit, I spent $150. I thought it was fair. I will use them again in the future for carpet cleaning.

Seemed to go fine. I like their good system support with the on line scheduling, etc.

I like Stanley Steemer because they do a great job cleaning my carpets. They are careful to protect the furniture and they don't splash on my walls. I have even had them come to my house the same day I called. I normally have this company clean my carpets three times a year.

They did a fantastic job on the carpeting and the guys were real pleasant to talk to as well. They moved all the furniture and replaced it with guards underneath to protect the rug. I would recommend their services.

Very well. They were punctual, very polite and efficient. No furniture damage or wall damage. The carpets looked great when they were done. We could walk on them as soon as they finished.

They did a nice job. They sent two people to help so it went quick. I live two flights up and that wasn't a problem. I have berbor carpet and they had no problem with that. They were nice and polite. It was very easy to get them in quickly.

First off, the cleaners showed up over one hour late. Apparently their manager had no idea where they were. When they did show up, I found the employees to be unprofessional and sloppy. I even caught them going through personal items in a bedroom. They rushed through the process, leaving my carpets half clean/half dirty and streaked. The employees then tried to con me out of another $50 for scotch guarding, by saying they had done a special mixture just for me. Upon leaving my house, the employees left the area rugs sopping wet on the hardwood floors. I had to drag the carpets outside and let them dry overnight. When I referred my issues to the office manager, I was repeatedly avoided and told he was out to lunch. A refund was promised within a few weeks. Only after suggesting I might need to call the corporate office (8 weeks later) did I receive a partial refund.

The work was a a major disappointment. They said some stains could not be removed, but I had removed the same kind of stain myself on a different part of the room. Area work was reeking more after it was cleaned, than prior to cleaning. I called and arrangements were made for a second team to come out and take care of the issues, which was done very satisfactorily.

Booking online is cheaper, which they won't tell you if you call. The guys who came out were very polite, including on the return visit. They described an annual plan, including noting that paying for a third area at time of service is cheaper than scheduling it in. They gave me a large bottle of spot cleaner and warned me away from Resolve. The carpet was quite wet afterward so I'm glad I planned a long weekend away following the cleaning. A fan dried the re-cleaned area overnight.

This company came in to my home and cleaned my carpets. They did do a great job on the carpets. They have good experienced workers working for them. I think the job they did was worth the price that I had to pay. I think it was a bit on the high side however they did such a good job it was worth it.

The workers from this company were great. I have been using them for seven years. I have been happy with the quality of the work that they do. They are professional, and I am pleased with my overall experience with this company. I plan on using them again very soon to do some carpet cleaning.
