I found Jose on Angie's List, and have used them three or four times now. I am on a monthly schedule. I continue to be impressed by their punctuality, thoroughness, and professionalism. Highly recommended.

They always thoroughly clean kitchen and bathroom surfaces, dust furniture, and mop floors. Plus, they address any special requests we may have. I have allergies and Jose accommodates them by using low-to-no perfumed or strong chemical products. When guests visited, they commented on how truly clean the house was. The hardwood floors were shiny, stainless steel appliances polished, and no phony "clean" smells. Serrano's prices may be a bit more than other companies, but they always do a nice job. We find them trustworthy and easy to communicate with as well. We recently had to move our regular cleaning appointment back a day while a home improvement project finished. A quick text to Jose and he honored the request.

Jose and his crew do a great job cleaning my house. I appreciate that he starts his repeat visits by asking "did we miss anything last time?". Very friendly, always punctual and professional.

He and his crew are excellent. They are careful, thorough, and trustworthy. They also ask for feedback because they want to make sure they are providing the quality service you are paying for. I am very pleased with all of them.

The experience with Serrano Cleaning Services was excellent. They are professional, I like their cleaning work, the cleaning that we requested was done very quickly. I don't like people especially that I don't know in my home and they were able to make me comfortable, they were very business like, they got the work done and left. Because they cleaned so fast, they also cleaned my kitchen ceiling and did not charge me for it. I have used them a couple of times since then and they are coming back on June 7th. I am going to keep them on a regular basis.

Jose and his team provided an excellent service experience. They worked to accommodate my busy schedule. They gave me a very reasonable price and the cleaning exceeded my expectations. The took instructions well. They were courteous. There was a lot of dust on everything, the hanging pictures, lampshades, bookcases, etc. My house is cluttered and they even dusted my knick knacks which past housecleaners chose to ignore. In addition, I have two large dogs who shed on everything. The house was near spotless when they left, which I consider quite a feat. Several days later, the dust has not re-appeared. (I say this because some housecleaners use a feather duster and just scatter the dust evrywhere and I have also seen people shake scatter rugs indoors.) I spot-checked some picture frames and window sills and my dust cloth did not pick up anything. I will be using Serrano as a regular housecleaning service.

They came on time cleaned quietly and left. They always ask if the work is acceptable.

He was very, very nice on the phone. When I told him what I needed done, he said they do cleaning, but not moving, even of items just out of the room.

Always on time and work quickly to finish the cleaning in a timely manner. We have two large dogs, so we just needed help to keep up with the constant dirt they bring in. This works great for us, as we were not looking for that deep cleaning for hours. I will continue to use Serrano as they get the job done, and better than expected. Our quote was $80 for 1 1/2 hours with the two men cleaning. Certainly the best deal I have found!

Jose and Julio turned two filthy bathrooms including shower doors very clean - I was amazed. These guys are professionals in every way.

Jose and Julio performed the cleaning service. They showed up exactly when they said they would and are very professional and courteous. Since this was our first service, the cost was a bit more, but they took their time and did a deep cleaning to get everything sparkling again, so it was very worth it. My shower doors are now sparkling, I'm no longer sneezing all the time (due to my formerly dusty house) and when they left everything smelled fresh and clean. Overall I was very happy with the service. In fact, I have an appointment this Saturday to have all my windows cleaned and have asked Jose to come by on a bi-weekly basis to keep up the cleaning. I highly recommend this service.

They did an excellent job! He was very professional and like the fact I could pay with my Visa which most vendors don't use and should since they would have more clientele.

The cleaning went extremely well. Serrano did a great job cleaning up all the dust and the grime from the previous owners, and they even removed stickers from the bathroom mirror that the previous owners had left for us to deal with. I would recommend this company to family and friends. They were responsive, worked with my schedule, and did a great job. Thanks Jose and team!

I reviewed Angie's list for several home cleaning services after a reffered house cleaner had cancelled on me @ the last minute.I contacted several cleaning service companies & no one could accomadate my schedule asap.Very prompt & professional.

Jose Serrano was very responsive, they were going to be late and he called beforehand to let me know. Our carpets were really dirty and I was very pleased with the results. The carpets fluffed up after they dried and felt soft and clean to the touch. They also do standard house cleaning and I am thinking of contracting with him for monthly service.

He is more of a janitor. He didn't do well at all and I had to fire him on his second job. The third time around, I told him not to come anymore.

I left a key for Jose, and he and his associate did the work very quickly. I had met him earlier for the estimate and details of what would be done.

Jose and his team are very prompt and communicate scheduling every cleaning- whether I initiate change on his schedule drives a change. Good with special request.

Serrano Cleaning Service is FANTASTIC. When I called for a quote, they responded immediately and came by my house that evening to take a look and give me a quote. I have a small 1 bedroom house (about 1100sf) and they quoted $65 per week. Communication was clear; Jose's English is perfect. The owner, Jose Serrano, and a worker named Jose both come out together each week. I've used them for 3 weeks. They arrive on time each week and the same two people come out. The service has been consistent and thorough. My hardwood floors are shiny and dark; they have them looking better than they ever have!! Fantastic. My house has lots of oversized windows and 3 sliding doors. Every week they clean the inside and outside of my kitchen window and my huge bathroom window. Additionally, they rotate throughout the house and clean the inside & outsides of the other windows each week, as time allows. I am very happy with this service and recommend them without hesitation.

Jose is fantastic. He is more reliable then anyone we have dealt with in his business. Vary fast, very organizes. Does an impeccable job at a great price we have nothing but praise for him.

Jose Serrano is the owner. I pay $170 a visit. They are extremely thorough. It's a great value for the price. They are very trustworthy.

He has been cleaning our home for almost a year now. He does much better work for a better price then who we have used before. We have had no complaints and we have been very happy. They do excellent work. We have had our carpets cleaned before by another company, and usually weeks later the stains come back. He uses a different cleaning habit to clean the carpets than what we have seen from other companies, and 5 months later after he cleaned our carpets, they still look great.
