Description of Work: We have an ongoing scheduled weekly service with these guys, and they're great. I love how they bring a team of cleaners and get the job done super fast, and very effectively. |Mr. Serrano is very good about getting ahold of me ahead of time if they have any change in schedule, and is very flexible when we have a change of schedule as well.

Description of Work: Monthly cleaning- it went great. We have been using them for about 6 Minoans are very happy with them. Sometimes communication in Advance of a cleaning is an issue but it always works out.

Description of Work: I had them come do a move-in cleaning at a new house that had been empty for several weeks. They got the oven and fridge sparkling clean, and managed to get out some major dirt stains in the hallway carpet. They did a great job!

Description of Work: Jose provided me with an estimate for housecleaning and carpet cleaning a few months ago and he stuck to his estimate when I was finally able to bring him in to do the work. He was always courteous, very responsive when contacted, and gave both a follow-up call and a courtesy call about an hour before arriving. He and his help arrived on time, did a great job, and brought all of their own equipment. The house looked great and I found the price extremely reasonable. I would definitely use Serrano Cleaning again and have already recommended them to my friends. I can strongly recommend this service to anybody and look forward to them giving me a hand again in future.
