Description of Work: Daryl from SJ Plumbing came and did the job as promised in 20-25 minutes. Although they promised a 2-hour window and I specified that I need the plumber in the first hour of the 2 hour window. The plumber came when I can only stay for 20-25 minutes for him to finish his job. I also was surprised that they charged equipment service charge for an existing equipment that they have to do their job. It was not any new parts that they have to purchase, but that was not explained upfront, all I am told is that they charge a minimum of $165 for the hour regardless of how much time the plumber spent in fixing the problem. Luckily my job took only 20 minutes or so. That was a hefty amount to pay when they can assess the situation when they arrive and adjust their rates accordingly.

He knew his limits and was prepared to call in one of the more experienced plumbers for this difficult job if he could not complete it. He cleaned up after he finished. I've used them several times and I would highly recommend them.

+ -1 moremy overall experience was very positive. I was given a three hour window that the plumber would arrive and he called me to advise me that he would be arriving in about 30 minutes. He was on time and the job was done very well and quickly. He was courteous and pleasant. I would recommend San Jose plumbing to anyone and would definitely use them again, asking that the same plumber do the job.
Description of Work: Two valves in utility room supplying water to the clothes washer was replaced, as was a faucet valve in the back yard.

It only took them 2 days to complete the work, and one day for the inspection. They did a real good job, and they quickly got a hold of me to get the time set-up. They're really good.
