The plumber did not arrive with the correct tool for the job. Consequently he cut a hole in the wall behind the sink. He later went to the store and purchased the correct tool to finish the job, making the hole in the wall unnecessary. He then had to cover the hole in the wall. Unfortunately we were charged for the extra time required to cut and cover the hole in the wall. I estimate the extra cost to us was $240 for the wall removal and repair.

I was very pleased with San Jose Plumbing, they came the same day I called. He was very professional and gave me suggestions on how to avoid future plumbing problems. I will use them again and would recommend them to anyone for plumbing problems.

Angelo was a great guy to work with and presented options along the way. He suggested the likely problem, removed the suspect cartridge and offered to leave it at that knowing I am somewhat skilled and could have finished the job at a lower cost by replacing it myself. I proceed with having Angelo fetch the part and replace it and he did a quality job quickly. He also fixed a clogged faucet aerator on my sink while he was at it! Overall, these guys are responsive, punctual, and get the job done at a fair price. I'll use them in the future!

It was pleasant to get an appointment, the plumber showed up in the two-hour window. He was professional, friendly and took a lot of care. Small thing but I have hardwood floors and he didn't even ask, he took off his shoes before coming in.

They were absolutely great. I would absolutely recommend anyone to go to them first.

We found them through Angie's List. The price was good and the work was great. He was a real personable guy and finished it the same time we met. The original quote was spot on then we also paid him for some extra work we added.

The faucet went bad after hours so we had trouble fining someone to help. San Jose plumbing came to the house even though they just came from a meeting. Since we are living in a very old house, there are no shut off vaules under the sink. The supervisor caped off the pipes so we had some water in the house. The pipes in the wals were galvanized and being old, came apart so he had to work on the feeder line. Since it was late, specialty plumbing supplies stores were closed and we had to make arrangements the next day to finish the job. It was a tough job but they completed it to our satisfaction.

Alex and Louie were prompt, courteous, and did exactly what they said they would. They gave a very thorough explanation, got the correct permits from the city, and completed the work when they promised. They communicated with us during the entire process to make sure we knew what was going on and what to expect. When we initially called in the plumbers I was not expecting the high level of service and communication we got, so it was a really nice surprise to have my expectations exceeded.

The owner is a fantastic guy. I only had one complaint with him and they came out right away and redid the whole plumbing work for me. It is an old house and sometime we have to the replace the pipes and I will probably have them do it. They are very honest. They had done some work in our church also. They always do a good job. I would use their service in the future too.

Their service was great. I would use them again. However I did have to wait 4-5 days for them to come to do the work.

They were friendly and polite in setting up the appointment. He actually arrived a little early and got the job done quickly!

I called San Jose Plumbing on Tuesday April 5 and they sent out a plumber to provide an estimate the same day. The plumber's name was Luis and he quickly gave me several options at varying costs. The cheapest option would have been to run a pipe from my back yard to the sewer connection under the master bathroom, but he also discussed two other options. I chose putting in a clean out, so that I could easily take care of any future clogging problems. At the same time Luis connected a drain pipe next to the clean out so I could easily connect a hose from the sump pump when I need to drain the pool. Comparing the quote to those obtained by other friends and neighbors for their clean outs, I found them to be very reasonable. The installation was scheduled for the next day, I was able to be at home and watched Luis and his co-worker do the job. Luis arrived as scheduled, calling 20 minutes ahead of time to let me know he was on his way. They were very carefull not to bring dirt into the house when crawling out of the crawl space and the connections were professionally made. I could tell Luis takes pride in his work as he paid attention to detail. He even made sure the hole he cut in the vent screen to bring the pool pipe from outside had a snug fit, so that rodents could not squeeze in. I was very pleased and would recommend them highly.

Mr. Garza is the owner. They fixed it within 15 minutes and charged me $100. They were really great. Their service technician named Darrell came out and gave me his personal business card. He asked me to call him the next time if it happens again so that he can walk me through and tell me how I can probably fix it myself before they come back out.

Excellent experience from the beginning to end - from the first phone call to appointment for estimate. Serviceman arrived on time, provided a fair and reasonable estimate and a quick date to do the work the following day. Again arrived on time, took care of everything promised including making helpful suggestions, cleaned up, called later that day to make sure we were satisfied and did not have any questions or concerns. Extremely professional, knowledgeable, and courteous. Highly recommend this company and will call them again.

The estimate visit went well and the person sent out was on time, explained some things to me and said he'd work up the estimate and I'd hear from him the next morning at the latest. to date ( a week later) I have heard nothing, I see this as unresponsive and unprofessional... hence my rating.

They were very good. The person who was here was knowledgeable. It took him a while to get the job done. He had a hard time, but he kept at it. He was very pleasant, and he gave me a discount. I don't know what to compare the price to.

The guys were great and instructed me to buy the parts myself to save money. They then came after to fix everything, excellent.

The pipe was leaking sewer under the house. I called San Jose Plumbing and Angelo found the leak and recommended The Water Experts for clean-up. An appointment was made for clean up of the water at which time the pipe completely broke and reflooded the area. After the second clean-up, Angelo returned to fix the broken line.

Our experience with the one guy they sent out was fantastic. He did a fabulous job. We would recommend them and we would use them again.
