Joseph and Ernie made the repairs to our home. They explained every step of the way that they needed to perform and took photos so we could see the damage. They are very professional and we would request them to come back if we need work in the future.

I used the AL coupon for this job, but the retail prices quoted for the service were what I would have expected had I not had that AL coupon. I would use this provider again for future plumbing issues.

David, Earnie and Jessie worked on the project. They are professional and punctual. They reached on time, inspected and David gave an estimate of price and time. Once we agreed on the price, David and team completed the work in time and even inspected the work entirely. I would use his services again and would definitely recommend him.

It went very well. The technician went with me to Home Deport to exchange the garbage disposal which I had purchased and which was too big. He then installed the right one promptly.

It went well, the only issue was some minor demo items were left on floor, also had requested additional work, and was told they would get back to me but never did.

Jordan showed up right on time and quickly discovered the problems was calcium buildup from the hard water in the area. He got the hot water flowing again and replaced old, caked up hoses and had me set to go in short order. He handled the job efficiently and professionally. Purchased a deal ($79 for $200 credit), set up an appointment for this morning. I have been trying to reach them since morning as I was told they would call me an hour or two before the appointment. I have called 5 times so far, and no one responds to the phone call. I thought I would give them the benefit of doubt since I have an appointment and expected them to show up . It is now 25 minutes past the appointment time., I have cancelled my deal and will call a regular plumber and pay full price. Already wasted half a day from work waiting for these guys.

Jessie did a good job to unclog the shower drain in fifteen minutes. He was very professional and friendly. He took time to describe the problem and provide solution.

We had water leaking from under the kitchen sink overnight and awoke to water all over our hardwood floor. After shutting off the water we called R.P.S. and Jordan & Jessie were at the house within a couple of hours. He explained that it was just a faulty valve and he replaced the kitchen one as well as another in the bathroom. Jordan then did a whole house inspection and found there was an issue where our sewer pipes were leaking. We had recently moved into the home and knew there was some issue from the inspection report, but had not had it looked at yet. Jordan video'd the leak on his phone (as he was under the house) to show me and made a recommendation to replace all of the sewer piping. The price was fair and it was clear Jordan was being very honest about the need (given the inspection report and video) and he and Jessie immediately went to work. As this was a Friday, Jordan came back by himself over the weekend to keep the job moving along. Jordan was very professional and respectful of me and my family during the whole process as were all the people that came to work on the job. In addition, he consistently kept me updated on the progress and let me know when he was leaving for additional parts and when I could expect him back. He was very knowledgeable and it was clear he took pride in his work. I would definitely recommend him to others.

The worker for the kitchen faucet did a fine job. To install the shower valve an opening was made in the wall behind it. The repair was very good. But our main concern the shower valve was not installed correctly. When we pointed it out instead of fixing it the water temperature was lowered.

It was awesome. I called and they came right over. After a lunch break he came back with all the supplies and went Way over and above making things work in an old Willow Glen home. Great experience and very helpful and honest.

He showed up on time as promised, accurately quoted his cost and time and did a professional clean install. He had the right tools for the job, a sensor to locate the pipe exactly to know where to dig, and pneumatic tools for digging, etc. His price was better than all the others I checked. I will definitely be using his services again.
