I called RPS back to look at something they fixed a year ago. They have pictures and records of what was done last year and they showed how the new leak wasn’t from last years repair. David did a great job of fixing the problem.

We had a busted pipe in the backyard irrigation system. David from RPS came in, evaluated the problem, suggested the solution and fixed it! He even performed a root cause analysis for what caused the break in pipes, and had suggestions for us on how to approach that problem in the long run. RPS were able to get someone to our house on a very short notice, which was a real life saver !

This is the second time our HOA has used RPS. The technician's name was TIm. He did a great job.

Angel was the technician who came to our house. We explained our problem. He looked the situation over. The toilet was functioning properly at this moment. He concluded there was nothing he could do at that time, but he brainstormed a number of possible causes for this intermittent problem. We really appreciate his candid views. There was no charge for this visit. We appreciate that too.

We had a great experience with RPS Plumbing. A pipe that connected to the water meter by the sidewalk had cracked and water was leaking everywhere. Big pools of water were gathering on the sidewalk. A few plumbers turned down the job because they didn't want to dig. I called RPS Plumbing and they sent out Thomas N. to give the estimate. We ended up going with RPS and Thomas showed up the next day to fix our issue. He was great and fixed our issue right away. Everyone is happy and I wouldn't hesitate to call RPS again. The best part about dealing with RPS is that they gave me frequent updates about when they were coming and they showed up when they said they would.

The experience was wonderful. Tim arrived on schedule, had all the materials he needed for the repair, and executed a great, repair in both locations. The job was completed faster than I expected and Tim did a great job of cleanup. I would hire them again in an instant!

Not good, still bathtub faucet is leaking, I would like to see another plumber come and fix the leak on faucet soon as possible.

Very responsive and was able to make a service call within an hour or so of when I spoke with the office. Diagnosed the problem (which happened to be a simple one) and suggested a solution. Would definitely hire again.

Jonathan did an excellent job in recommending what brand (Delta) I should buy when he came three weeks ago to replace the garbage disposal and today he did an excellent job replacing the faucet and sprayer. Extremely clean and very, very neat. Would recommend this company and Jonathan any time! :-)

The handle on my outdoor faucet broke off. The plumber was professional and knew exactly what to do. It's been over a year and still works perfect.

We are very pleased with the plumbing job that was done by the 4 men that worked on this huge job. They were professionals. They Had to dig a tunnel to reach the exterior pipes. They had to go into the basement to get to the interior pipes for laundry and kitchen lines. It was necessary to raise the pipes in order for the water to drain downward. Wearing shoe covers while working inside was appreciated. Tim explained every phase of the work . It gave us the confidence that they knew what they were doing. We asked many questions and they answered them thoroughly. We would recommend them to others.

Extremely well. David and team installed the new Rannai and brought everything up to code. We needed additional electrical work done, to install a safety switch next to the new heater. Now everything is safe and clean, and ready for inspection. This wasn't the cheapest option, but the best.

We worked primarily with Joseph Salazar on this project. He was nice, on time or early every day, and got the work done quickly and efficiently. The guarantee that RPS offers is wonderful and I am confident in their work.

Pretty well, did thorough investigation and found root cause, end up with changing all the old cast iron pipes.

David arrived in a timely fashion and completed the task promptly. He was friendly and answered my questions on another project that I am considering.

I attempted to DIY an a phrase but managed to break everything in the tank. I heard back from RPS Plumbing the next morning and they were able to accommodate my crazy schedule. Honestly, I half expected one of those “pay for a quote” visits but it was a true service call. The quoted price was in the expected, fair range for the type of service in my area according to several sites—sorry Angie! The technician was professional, knowledgeable, and personable; going above and beyond the bare minimum I’d requested to keep costs down. He could have skated by on that bare minimum but he had the parts on his truck and since the cost would be the same (even before applying the hassle-free coupon), he did it all to make sure everything was right. (My words, not his. I was never made to feel ashamed or stupid, unlike with some home services vendors.) He also took the time, unprompted, for a thorough testing. Extra credit, he put on boot covers, again unprompted, before entering my home. I don’t think I could be happier with the experience and fully expect to return to RPS Plumbing for my future needs and recommend them to friends in the area.

We used Ribbs for a huge plumbing issue. Our main sewer line under the concrete slab of our family room had completely disintegrated and water was sleeping under the house. David and Juan and team spent a week cutting through the slab and then replacing the line. David was extremely thorough in his explanation of work to be done and keeping us informed of what he would do each day and what the plan was for the next day. The workers were punctual and worked diligently till the end of the work day. Ribbs pricing was comparable to several other companies we checked with. David is a great guy to work with and he did all the little extras. We would not hesitate to use this company in the future should the need arise.

Great! Ernie and David very professional and that also shows in the work they do. Everything was done top notch and done correctly. Our new warming system works GREAT too. It now takes about 15 seconds to get hot water to kitchen as in past took 2 1/2 min. Ernie and David showed all the work they did and explained everything. My husband and I were so pleased. This company had done some outside faucet work a year or so back and we were pleased then. They will always be our "go to" plumbing company from now on.

It went well since it is a simple replacement. My previous rating of F was an error. I originally gave C on Price based on time involved of replacing the faucet. The company representative contacted me and offered a refund of $49, so I am also changing that rating into A.
