He hooked up the water outlet of the water heater and let the water run for 10 minutes . Then he declares everything is good, collects $69 and exits. This is a super con job. Angie list is joining with these con men by letting them bid low without verifying the vendor and setting up standards on the job in particular, please refund my money.

It went great. Ernie was ahead of schedule. Explained questions I asked regarding water heater and another item. I actually contracted two more things with him that we needed done. These will be done later in week. Because we had used this company before and liked the person and the work we decided to have some other projects done with them.

Everything went fine. They knew what they were doing. They used top grade American made parts. They did an excellent job.

We had a blockage in our outflow lines that was causing water from the laundry to either **** out of the outflow pipe from the laundry machine or back-up into the kitchen sink. I called on a Sunday to find out when they could come out and the next morning appointment at 9am was available so I booked then. Joseph and another employee rang my doorbell promptly at 9 and did an inspection of the pipes at no cost. I knew the pipes were the original galvanized from when the house was built and unfortunately there were several links. Joseph quickly priced the job and was able to get started right away. He and two other coworkers quickly went to work and had most of the job done that day, replacing much of the original galvanized pipe and also fixing the outflow for the laundry machine (the previous owner had used 1.5" pipe instead of the 2" they should've, which was part of the backing-up issue). The next day they came back to finish another project we added to the job, also promptly at nine, and a fourth guy came later that afternoon to patch up the walls; he did a great job. Would happily hire them again.

Very prompt very friendly. The plumbing was old and rusted and in a very cramped space. He really had to work hard to get the fittings apart. The two men worked as a team to snake the entire line and complete the repair. Well done!!

They arrived promptly, taking into account expected delays in Silicon Valley Traffic delays. Quickly analyzed problem and checked two local plumbing parts stores for needed part. Not available. Checked internet for needed part. Not available. Finally checked their magic box of miscellaneous parts. Success! Exact part found that was needed. Part Installed successfully and leak from toilet tank disappeared. Their visit took about 1.5 hours for 2 of them. Price of $140 was for a repeat customer after a many thousand $ job.

Delayed by a day due to emergencies. Communication of the delay was only relayed to me after I called and requested ETA. Price to replace hardware in three toilets, which took about 30 minutes, was much higher than expected. Due to time constraints and the previous delayed service visit, elected to use the service despite higher than expected price.

Beware of this company: I experienced a theft. The plumber “helped” move a professional-grade fan & dehumidifier from our interior room to the porch outside our front door so he could work. We never saw this equipment again. Our front entrance is on the 2nd level of the house, surrounded by a porch, so nothing is visible from the street level. Nobody else knew the fan and dehumidifier were there. He also asked for cash to go buy plastic tarps because he didn’t have any in his truck. The neighborhood hardware store is 1-2 mins away. He returned 30-40 mins later with 2 plastic tarps...and a story that he tore one tarp so now we were down to 1 tarp. I asked him to seal the tarp with tape across the top so dust would fly into my daughter’s bedroom, but he only used 1 piece of tape. Completely dissatisfactory and unprofessional experience! We filed a police report and an insurance claim.

Once again, RPS delivers. Today, Dave and Ernie arrived right on time and immediately set to work. They discovered three relatively small problems where I had only been aware of one, so I was glad for the time they took to assess what needed to be done. It was a small project and they had it complete within 15 or 20 minutes. Now I have access to my sink and it's working great again. My thanks to Dave and Ernie. It's a relief to me to know I have a reliable and trustworthy plumbing company I can call when I need help.

Our plumber was great - quickly took care of the problem, and advised us to take care of crumbling pipes. Used premium parts without charging extra. Very courteous, and professional, and gave good advice. Will definitely call again.

Good service with explanation and useful suggesion

Overall, it went very well. The plumbers were very cordial and adept at what they were doing. What was hard though, was to pin point the leak. It was one sneaky challenge. Eventually it called for the replacement of the old faucet. I got a very good deal at Home Depot. After this replacement, problem solved.

Great service, customer service rep called to schedule, and when a conflict came up on their called, called in advance to reschedule. The team that came out on-site was on-time, quick with their work, professional.

It went very well, Ernie came out on the initial visit for the water heater flush. He was courteous and professional and mentioned that I needed additional work per code. I requested that work to be done and an appt. was set up for the work. Ernie and David came out for the remainder of the work that was performed. They came as scheduled, performed the work neatly and efficiently. This was my first time using Ribbs Premier Services but I will not hesitate to use them again

They came the next day and installed our new heater and it was done in a professional manner and we are pleased with the work.

David showed up promptly at the time he said he would be over and made the replacement. All went well and he said the "Made in USA" valve should last a long time. Great plumber and easy going guy. He was a pleasure to deal with.

Purchased coupon Nov 1st. By Nov 17th, RPS Plumbing had no-showed and asked to reschedule twice (I lost 4 hours wages). Due to a leaking inlet pipe nipple, they said they'd have to replace the tank, and promised to send a quote. I haven't heard from them again. Do you think Angie's List will give me a refund? Well, Angie hasn't replied to my complaint either. Hmm, btw I replaced the pipe nipple, flushed the tank on my own and it's fine now.

Cancelled and re-scheduled once, then was a NO-SHOW. I cancelled two social activities to wait for nothing.

Work went very well. Faucet was brazed to copper pipe and needed to be removed. New faucet was installed and works great.

Great!!! The person who came was friendly, on time and informative. He did a great job and fixed two faucets with inspection for us. Definitely would hire this company.

While the plumber was clearing the blockage he actually pushed it farther back up the line. I called to report the problem the next morning and they immediately sent him back out and took care of the problem. There have no further issues.

Ernie did a fantastic job. He explained everything and was very professional.

Great! There was no pressure to have anything done except what I had already paid for via Angie's List.
