Description of Work: David Ribbs came on time and did a excellent job with my water heater. Also, David did some heater safety related work, which was missing earlier with minimal charge. Also, David couple of good advices for my general safety and plumbing question. I would hire R.P.S services, especially from David in the future. David rocks!
