Description of Work: I had blocked drains. The tech came and checked the clean-outs first. The blockage was in the portion of the pipe managed by the city. He did not charge me anything since no service was performaed. I have used them in the past to install a clean-out and have been happy with the service

Description of Work: They replaced the P-traps in two bathroom sinks next to each other. Two plumbers came. They quoted a price and a certain number of hours, and I assumed that the job was twice that number of man-hours. When I accepted the job one of the plumbers left. I felt taken advantage of. |I eventually called their headquarters and told them that I thought I should pay a reasonable price per man-hour, plus a reserve of 20% for the jobs which go badly, and after some argument they agreed to return the overcharge of about 40% .

Description of Work: We started to use Rescue Rooter in 2001 when another well-known plumbing service could not complete the job and recommended Rescue Rooter. Rescue Rooter has been to our home in 2001, 2006, 2010 and 2013 to clean the same drain pipes. Their service is very good but their prices seem high to us.

Description of Work: It went well they repaired the line and washer now drains, they had to repair the drains to kitchen sink and laundry room. Repairs took them up to the main drain under house. They also had to pump out the crawl space under house due to rusted pipe. Repairs went well and all is well. Thanks Rescue Rooter.
