I think their service was average. Their prices were cheap and they even offered a three-year warranty. I don't use them anymore because I am not comfortable with their fumigation process.

They're superb. They did what they said they're going to do. They took care of it. They all did very good and they took care of each other. They got it done fast when they said they're going to do it. They did everything else that they said they're going to do. Their responsiveness was excellent. We had some concerns because we have a pool and we didn't want to leave any of the side yards open. They came out and made a temporary closure to keep anybody from going to the pool area. They didn't charge me for that. Their punctuality was perfect.

The service was average. I do not think I had seen any more termites after they did what they do, and I think they came on time.

Subterranean and drywood termite eradication. The project was performed on time. Clean work was performed to expectations.

They were very professional, competitively priced and did the job exactly as described. Would definitely hire them for any termite work in the future.

They were in the roof and walls. The fumigation also killed the ants and spiders. The interview before the fumigation explained all the basic information I needed to know about what was going to happen and answered all my questions well. |But I wish they had explained this -> A problem that I discovered was that since the tenting only goes out a foot from the side of the house and the gas does't penetrate the ground, the ants quickly wanted to come back into the house from the ground. I learned later that they wanted to consume the dead terminates--ants go were the food is! I wish I had known this in advance so I could have been prepared and sprayed the area around the house to prevent and limit them from moving back in after the tent was removed. I was too late and they have come back but I eventually did use a spray (also use every 3 months now) outdoor and indoor that the ants carry back to their nest that eventually killed many of them.|For sensitive people to chemicals--The clearing out of the Vikane is fast. There may be some lingering gas that was in the walls or absorbed and slowly is eliminated. I waited 3 days for a complete clearing. This however was not enough time. There is another gas that by state law also is used called chloropicrin ( which is basically "tear gas"). This is the warning gas since Vikane is odorless. With my first walkthrough of the house, I could smell the chloropicrin and it did effect my sinus and caused my eyes to water. I decided to wait an extra 2 days before moving back in so this gas could clear more which helped initially. Maybe because I was more sensitive to this gas, it still caused my eyes to get red and sting for another week at night when I closed up most of the house. Rinsing my eyes out or using eye drops didn't help. Of course, I kept airing out the house during the day with fans and with all the windows open but it still took longer than expected. It was not mentioned that it may be that I could be sensitive to this gas so it may take longer to clear. This was the only other thing that was not mentioned before the fumigation. They were very helpful over the phone after the fumigation explaining it but this might just have been my extra sensitivity. So prepare to stay out of the house an extra few days while this gas dissipates.|Overall, the complete job they did was done as expected to get rid of the termites and done very well. I would use them again without hesitation.

Proven Termite Solutions does all their own tenting and fumigating. It went very well.

The inspector gave us a price immediately after inspection. He did not try to upsell us. The price was much less than the nationally advertised companies. He even lowered the price later when we removed a patio structure to lessen the covered square footage. Very responsive with questions and details in the weeks leading up to treatment. One negative was the tenting of our front garden alcove which killed off some of the vegetation. The inspector told us they would avoid that area. Fumigating for termites is never a pleasant experience but they got us through with a minimum of discomfort. They also include a 3 year guarantee and the friend that referred me got an additional year added to his guarantee.

I had a tight schedule since some renovation work was starting right after the fumigation on my property, but Jim started promptly, took care of everything at the property and finished on time. He was also very helpful as I was trying to understand what fumigation and tenting was about, what I needed to get done etc. Highly recommended.

The estimator was very thorough in explaining the process, what I needed to do to get ready, and my needing to be away from three days. He supplied the special bags needed to store my food, and warned me to set up an appointment to turn the gas back on. The workers arrived while I was still finishing up my share of the prep work. By the time I left about 30 minutes later, they had to tenting mostly up and the fans running to move the chemical around the interior of the house. When I returned three days later the Notice was was posted on the front door as required. The next day PG&E came to turn the gas back on.

They were pretty good. They were on time and it looked like they did a good job. The only thing is that they had drilled holes on the concrete on my front door and I was surprised because they didn't tell me about it. Although they filled up the holes, but you can tell that there was a hole. It would've been nice if they told me about it ahead of time.

In the beginning all was very professional and personal - the sales guy was nice and the 3 workers who came out to do the job were very personal and helpful. We went over any problems that needed to be addressed before we left, i.e. trees needed cutting back, fence needing removed, satellite dish taken down, etc. They assured me all was fine. When we got back however all was not fine. The tree they said didn't need trimming was cut back to the trunk on the back side, instead of just trimming the branches back. My wife called them about the tree and a manager came out and agreed they made a mistake and offered a $100 compensation, which wouldn't help the tree any and we never did see the $100. And later we found out that we had no TV reception. Turns out they bent the satellite dish and never said anything. We were without reception for 4 days to get it fixed. They have Proven to me that they are not a good Solution.

Proven had the best price and best service. They offered a highly competitive rate with a warranty. On the service side, they helped me prep my house so the tent could go on it when I was frankly too busy getting the house closing done to deal with it. Thanks!

Proven Termite Solutions were comprehensive and thorough in their quoting process. They gave me all their terms and conditions and expectations up front, so there were no surprises whatsoever. The final charges were exactly in accordance with the quote. They also took care of little things like getting the gas service cut off before the fumigation. They left the place very nice and clean. The only thing that didn't quite work out was that they leave a notice on the door to say it is safe to re-enter the house. I wish they had told me to save that notice, because PGNA needed to see the notice before they would come in to the house and turn the gas back on. So I wish they had told me that. Overall, apart from that, they did a pretty good job.

They explained the whole process and did i exactly as they described it. Quick to respond and very competitive pricing

It was great. They worked quickly, did an excellent job, and charged a very reasonable rate. They also took care to avoid damaging the roof and surrounding plants when they erected and took down the tent which I appreciated.

We had a tile roof and they broke some of the tiles, left long nails sticking out of various wood trim on our house, and caused a few other minor bits of damage. Our house was just redone so the damage was rather obvious to us. We signed something saying that they wouldn't be liable for any damage to the house. Fine, but the damage was annoying. If they do this all the time they should know how to walk on a tile roof.

Everything went well. They had competitive rates, and they did a good job with the treatments.

I have referred them to friends and family members who have been very pleased as well. The person who came out was very professional and thorough. He went under the house and crawl spaces to check. The have been wonderful and done what I've requested.

I have not found any new termites since then and there is a warranty for their work.
