We were very satisfied with Proven's service.

Everything went very well. They were quick and professional. Note that the prep-work says to "remove all vegetation from the foundations". This means all bushes and plants. They didn't seem bothered about grass, but you should ask them about this and not take my word for it. They will clear away anything that is in the way when they come to do the tenting. So if you have cement blocks under your downspouts they will be moved. Also where the tent rests on the cement like sidewalks, they will pull dirt from the yard to help hold down the tent. None of this was damaging but it was slightly unexpected. I'm not complaining about this, just letting other people know what to expect.

So disappointing- they were a total no- show!! And unresponsive too!! If you need help, don’t call or count on them!!

I had some house guests and was not able to set up an appointment. Sandy followed up twice and we were able to set something up a few weeks later. The inspector was on time, very professional and explained everything. The actual crew also was professional and did a very thorough job. They cleaned up after themselves and explained about their follow-up service. Of course I have no idea whether the treatment is working, but they will come back in a year, or sooner, if the treatment isn't working. Very pleased.

3 sites found (we already knew of 2): Garage side door, eves next to back door, (known), and garage main door. After we cleaned out most of garage in prep for repair work, found many places with evidence of infestation, not found by company. Company recommended tenting the house. Not practical for us at this time. Recommended a repair person knowledgeable of termite damage. Called. No response. Will call for treatment after structural work is completed.

Was very easy to schedule an appointment for an estimate with Marc; good office support so always someone there to answer the phone and questions. Marc was responsive in answering calls. Follow up with estimate and paperwork good. The process went well. Crew took care to put cloth spacers on certain angles of the roof and gutters to protect them. The estimate was reasonable because they do not subcontract out the work. In fact, other companies use them to do the fumigation. 3 houses on our street used them.

They were very professional. They clearly gave details of services to be performed. They were punctual.

They're pretty good. They did the whole house fumigation. Everything started on time and ended on time. All communication was done thru email.

Their quote was among the lowest and included 3 year warranty. Work was done on time and professionally. No complaints and I would use them again if needed.

We are very happy. The company is very professional and I received several calls prior to the fumigation to make sure I was prepared for the procedure. It is a lot of prep work, but they were on it! Also, I called them several times with questions and they were very patient and knowledgeable. I spoke to several staff and all of them treated me with respect and courtesy. I highly recommend this company.

I pretty much never write online reviews, but I was so pleasantly surprised by Proven Termite Solutions that I would like to recommend them. Their prices are competitive and their customer service is excellent. I saw evidence of termites in multiple areas of my house, and I suspected that I would need to get the place tented. I reached out to PTS based on Angie's List recommendations, and Jim came out for an inspection. He was very polite and professional, and confirmed my suspicions that tenting was the best way to go. He answered all my questions and gave me a written estimate on the spot. After that, I reached out to two additional companies - one based on Angie's List recommendations and another based on the recommendation of a friend. Both companies sent out agents to inspect the house, but after that, communications dropped off with both. I finally got a quote from the second company (for hundreds of dollars more than PTS), and the third company never even responded to me. I scheduled my fumigation with PTS, and in the days leading up to the service, Jim and Chris kept me in the loop about what needed to be done and were very responsive to all my additional questions. I decided to hand off my keys personally on the day of the tenting. The crew was very polite and took care not to damage any of my rosebushes. After the fumigation, I was really surprised and happy to see that the crew put back some mulch and rocks that we had moved away from the house in preparation for the tenting and also closed all the doors and drawers we had opened. Fumigation is an annoying process, but PTS made it as painless as possible.

I've never written a review on Angie's List before. Maybe I've written one on Yelp, I'm not sure. Mark from Proven Termite showed such a lack of professionalism that I had to write a review. I had scheduled an appointment a week in advance, and selected them because they had such a high rating and a great set of reviews from many people in my area. First, he rescheduled the appointment twice on that day. The appointment was at 2:30. He called to schedule it at 1:30 then again to 'as soon as he got done'. When he got to my place, he acted as if he didn't want my business. Here's how it went: me: There are pin holes in the walls. him: Probably not termites. Could be really old. me: I've seen subterranean termites. him: We haven't seen any swarms this year at this time. me: There has been previous termite damage. I'd like someone to take a look under the house. him: It takes a 2-3 years for termites to form colonies. How long has it been since your last inspection? me: It has been 2.5 years. him: You should call the previous company to check it out. So that was a wasted day. I'll call another company. It was like pulling teeth to get him to stay longer than 5 minutes, and in his haste I forgot that I also wanted the company to spray for ants. Oh, he also managed to hit my car with the garage door and say 'oops', but that was an accident. (Could have apologized, though)

I only got one estimate for this work. I chose Proven because of rating on Angie's list and the estimate was in line with an estimate I got when I bought the house 5 years ago. I also chose Proven because they used a real termiticide, not the orange stuff that a lot of companies use. I did not have to leave the premises or remove my pets to have the work performed. There was a hint of odor after the job was done but mostly it smelled like wet earth after a light rain. I didn't realize the extent of the work they were to do so some areas at the outside walls were not cleared properly of materials. The Proven crew helped me clear those areas so they could do that work. The contract said that there would be a charge for clearing areas not cleared when they got there, but they did not charge me for helping with the clearing up. They did not hurt any of the plantings at the house walls but still treated those areas. Overall, I was pleased with the work and the crew and the finished job. I would recommend them to others.I would use them again and

They came to the house, inspected and provided bags to protect food that would be left in the freezer and refrigerator. They advised me about what I needed to do with antennas on the roof, and assured me that the solar system would not be damaged. They showed up on time on the day requested to begin fumigation. They brought two crews and quickly trenched around our two story house as needed. They pulled the tent over the house and inspected inside to see that all materials that could be damaged by the fumigation were removed. They buttoned up the tent, posted warning signs and pumped in the fumigant. Two days later they removed the tent and aired out the house. It was all ready for occupancy when we returned home.

Proven was a very good company to do business with. I was impressed with their professionalism. In my case, I discovered subterranean termites. Proven treated for termites out side and under the house. The price was a very competitive. The crew was very nice, answered all of my questions, and cleaned up after they left. I high recommend this company, and I will use them again.

Good: Manager was prompt and professional in assessing our termite needs and created a reasonable bid. The crew arrived promptly on the scheduled date and quickly tented out house. Not so good: Installation process damaged a sprinkler head, chipped a concrete stair, broke off a stone face piece on a retaining wall, and left a strip coating of glue on a rock wall. Dirt from our garden area was taken to hold down tent edges in various locations, including the roof. A wheelbarrow load of dirt was dumped on a shrub, which was difficult to remove and was h****** the plant. Other clean up issues remained, including removing loose dirt from the roof. Something quite heavy must have been dropped on the concrete stair in order to chip part off. Resolution: Management scheduled an appointment to review the problems and provided a reasonable and satisfactory resolution. I believe that Proven Termite Solutions' management is genuinely concerned about providing good customer satisfaction and I am pleased with the ultimate result.

The only thing I did not get is the 10% discount for Angie's list member. I found out about it after I have paid so it is too late. Make sure you ask for it beforehand

Quite a smooth process to get quotations and their reply was fast. I requested quotations from 2 other companies. One never replied and the other quoted quite a bit higher after I chased them to get back to me. Proven Termites price is very good compared to Homeguard. Only small thing we noticed when we got to the house was that our gate was left open but all doors and windows were closed and locked securely. We will likely use them again if termite stuff needs to be done (shouldn't need to for at least 3 years right? Hopefully a lot longer! Ha.). Thanks very much Proven Termite!

Getting a quote was simple and quick. The price quoted was very reasonable and they were able to schedule us during our preferred time slot. The service was done well and on time and their communication was great. They even re-attached some of the fence boards that we had to detach before the tenting.

I was very impressed with Proven Termite Solutions. I was dealing with 2 conflicting termite reports and 3 termite vendors, trying to understand what things meant and what was really important. I had several phone conversations with Jim Weller, and he patiently explained things to me in a clear and understandable manner. I walked me though all the options and the possible implications of each choice. He made sure that I knew what I needed to do and by when. When my gardner didn't come through and clear out foliage as planned, Jim took care of it. A week prior to the tenting, Jim was on vacation, and someone else (also named Jim) called me to be sure that I knew what was happening, and what I needed to do. I had quotes from other companies because of the two other reports, and Proven's quote was the best in almost every area. However, I would really recommend them because of the great service, and how helpful they were to me throughout the process. The final bill has not yet shown up on my credit card, but I am expecting it will be exactly as quotes, because that's how everything else has worked with Proven. They are a great company.

The guy that came out was knowledgeable, he explained the options that I had, the scope of the work, and the process. They were very good.
