Description of Work: Service rep was on time and very professional. She did a very thorough job and explained fully what she was doing...even left me with some additional pest prevention items to assist. The weirdest thing happened and somehow we got a bunch of flies in the home a couple of days later. I reached out to Planet Orange and got IMMEDIATE response from their support team and a supervisor came out the very next day to rectify. THESE are the things that prove great service with an organization. Support staff also followed up with me for 2 more weeks to insure satisfaction. If I ever have another issue along these lines I'm calling Planet Orange

Description of Work: Planet orange was prompt in arrival and through addressing a huge ant problem in the kitchen. We took them up on the free 3 month check in guarantee to visit and treat again. This seemed to do the trick.

Description of Work: Two men were here at the time they agreed on and will return in 6 months to check for any re-infestations. I had both subterranean and wood termites. They seemed to do a good job. Time will tell.

Description of Work: I found a deal at Angie's list and bought it. They were prompt to contact me and set up a schedule and the technician was thoroughly sprayed around the house as they responded to our needs. They will revisit us if requested within 30 days. I will ask them again when the chemicals finally fade out and bugs are coming in again.

Description of Work: Had termites in a few areas of the house, and we did not want to go through tenting and gassing the house. Planet Orange offered a great alternative with their spot tx with non-toxic orange oil and warranty of two years. You do need a yearly inspection to make sure termites are gone, but if they are not, they treat again for free in the same area and anywhere else in the house. Since we did not want to go through the hassle of tenting, this was a wonderful alternative for us. Plus, you can extend the 2-yr warranty at any time. The inspection was very thorough and the treatment team was responsive and professional, very clean too, as it was muddy under and around the house. One small issue was the initial inspector, he was very friendly, but then became a little too friendly. I couldn't get him to leave, even when I clearly said I needed to get to work. I finally had to leave and my partner felt uncomfortable with me leaving her in the house alone. We already had the majority of paperwork done and he was taking forever to fill out something that was not necessary, could have been done in the car and left on the porch. I will request a new inspector next year.

We did not find out until after the fact that the deal did not cover the termite service so the price was higher than what we paid. I was disappointed with ad because it did not cover the service I needed, but their work seems to be fine.

Description of Work: Booking was made according to their availability. They had a one hour window to arrive, they said anytime between 3:00 and 4:00. I drove 45 minutes to house arriving before 3:00. Waited until 4 when I got call that he would be another hour before arriving. I cancelled! Why didn't they call earlier? I wasted nearly four hours of my time.

Description of Work: I scheduled a time to do pest control for ant invasion and they didn't who up. I then canceled and handled the problem myself with ant traps and spray.

Description of Work: I was promised to get an appointment at the latest by 2013-05-02. However, the provider only sent me an email asking about my phone number, to which, I replied right away. It's been now more than 5 days, and I still have not gotten any calls or email replies. I am deeply disappointed about planet orange.

Description of Work: They searched our home for termites. They took care of the ones in the header above our sliding glass door, and the ones under the house on the west side. They also sprayed a preventative solution on all the wood in the attic and under the house. They were very professional! They cleaned after they were done. They were wonderful and very knowledgeable. The service is a two year warranty. I would recommend them to anyone who wants to get rid of termites without tenting and using chemicals. So far, we haven't seen any activity since the treatment!

Description of Work: I had termite around the outside wall toward the garbage. Called several vendors and decided to go with Orange because I did not want to leave the house for days, i.e. full house fumigation. I chose orange because I was told that the wood can be treated locally. THe web site advertise that they have this remote camera tools that allow them to inspect in between the dry wall and the stucko to see how far the termite may have proceeded. The guy came in to evaluate also told the same. However when they actually come out to do the job, they did not use that tool at all. All they did was to inject extra orange liquid into the walls. They must have made about 50 tiny holes and inject this orange liquid around the door where they believe the termite would be. The garage stank for days afterwards but did not bother me but did my mom and wife. They did patch up the holes with some white paste (dry wall filling?) but since my wall is white it was fine. I was a bit disappointed that they did not break out the tool as this was the big advertisement on their web page. Total, there were two workers who were here for about 2 hours. They were reasonably clean and friendly. The work is really easy, not very technical and for $1800 they are making a LOT of money. My WISH is that orange liquid actually works. Even with 3 year warrante, it's difficult to know if the termite will be back. Come to think about it more, this treatment in reality only give me a peace of mind that I was trying to fix the issue and I think the real fix would have been to rip off the stucko around that entire area, visually inspect, fix and repair. That would have cost thousands more.. I would have gone with fumigation had I not have people with respiratory issues living with me.
