Planet Orange

Planet Orange is a very great company for termite control. I have been a customer for more than 5 years now. Because of their great service and treatment of termites, I still have a good house to live in. There are no more termites in the areas after they did the treatment. I have a three-story house. Some areas were very difficult to reach, but they found a way to do the treatment anyway. Planet Orange is the company you can count on for taking care of your home that has termites. I will highly recommend it to all the people I know!

Showed up as scheduled in the timeframe. They did a decent job finding the source instead of just spraying. This made a difference .

I like the low toxic solutions / options. The ants reacted to the treatment and then begin to die / go away. A continual process, but glad the ants are gone for now.

These are crafty little creatures. It was a small process, but tracking and trapping and plugging a few entry points...all has been good.

Two sprays and ants have significantly been reduced to almost nothing. A combination of botanical and low toxic solution to create a no ant zone. Awesome!! Office and tech was really nice and understanding.

The inspector did a thorough inspection of the property and did a good job explaining what he was looking for and explaining minor problems he found. Excellent communication.

Plant Orange staff were great. For both the inspection and service appointments, they were punctual, thorough, fully explained what and why they were doing things, cleaned up after themselves, friendly, and professional

I had an ant invasion. I contacted Planet Orange about this and came out and used low toxic (and botanical) solution to rid my home of ants. It took a couple of days to see results...which they said it would. They could me once a month and I have had no issues since. Very happy with service and results.

Pesky little critters kept coming to my kitchen. Planet orange came to the rescue with eco friendly solution and killed them...very nice

Never a good thing to have these pests around, but Planet Orange did a great job in sealing up my home and giving me pointers to help keep them away. They have a lot of stops each day, so sometimes if you have a later stop, they run a little late. However, I have always received a calll when this happens so I am keep in the loop to plan my time. Six months in and the rodents are nonexistent...yay! And all done with traps and plugging holes and other access points.

This is a long overdue review, but one that I need to post. I have had Planet Orange for 8 months now...what a difference! The first month is a set up treatment where they do a lot of clean up and prep work. After that, monthly maintence and a service call if something flares up. The techs who come out are great. I get an advance confirmation and then a call from the tech the day of service. I love the natural approach to pest control...it sometimes takes a little longer, worth it for me. The stuff does work though. I could not imagine a better choice.

Recently moved to a new home and took Planet Orange with me. Started off with an initial treatment as well as some exlcusion work with the garage door and some vents. A few filled holes around the shed for good measure added to the work to keep little pests out of the places I don't want them! Super consistent over the years - I keep coming back. The techs continue to be respectful and courteous (which is great). The staff is easy to deal with as well. A very happy customer!!!

Wow...that was fast. I called late on Friday and will have service monday morning. May was great at explaining things and answering questions. I am happy to rest easy and know there is help on the way. Thanks for your cheery disposition.

Very well. Workers arrived on time and finished on time. They explained the procedure and quickly went to work. I would recommend them to friends and would hire them again.

Inspector seemed annoyed by request. Said gnats were to be expected in our area...fair enough. He then inspected our furnace room and said we have an active termite infestation and we should get treatment immediately. Since we bought the house less than 4 years ago (termite inspection required), I decided to get another opinion. I had two other inspectors (from two different companies) come out and both stated there was no evidence of active termites. I now believe the Planet Orange inspector was hoping for an easy commission on a few thousand dollar bid.

the scheduling was great and easy. basic questions to gather info to help inspector as much as possible. the treatment crew was great. they arrived 30 mins late, but did call. they were clean am professional and did a thorough job. happy with the process and result of the inspection.

last minute inspection space in prep for home sale. a life saver as we are closing quick. I called ad had someone the next day....not always the case, but for me it was a real big deal they could make it work.

Excellent! Within a few days we saw lots of dead or dying roaches and after 2 weeks we don't see them at all or evidence they were there. Our technician, Saul, was very knowledgeable and patient with all of our questions. He used a plant base spray on the outside and inside of the house and also applied gel bait in all of the cabinets. The glue traps were set up so he can see how bad our infestation is during our next monthly treatment. I wish we had called Planet Orange sooner!

Poor & Rude customer service after several months. Service tech did not knock on the door when he visited the house and the interior needed spraying. Went outside and saw that the exterior was treated, then called the office to have them send the tech back to the house but they said NO, and were very RUDE. Time to find another company...

Everyone in the company was responsive and responsible. Folks showed up on time, were respectful of our property, gave clear advice. We would not hesitate to hire again.

Scheduled the inspection. I was called the day before to verify and notified on the day that he was on the way. The inspector showed up on time. He explained in detail what he was going to do. He did it. He explained and showed me afterwards what he found and where. We scheduled the treatment immediately. He told me what I needed to do in preparation for the treatment, stuff I needed to move, so the techs could get to work immediately upon arrival. The treatment was essentially a repeat of the inspection. They were prepared, knew what needed to be done and where, did it, and went away. No mess, no cleanup. Easy-peasey, as the saying goes.

It was covered under warranty and it was free. It went fine. They just came out and sprayed. It was free so you can't beat the price. They took care of the problem. They did it quickly and it didn't cost a penny.

They were prompt. They did a thorough job. They showed up to work everyday. They were very time efficient.
