Planet Orange

The team at Planet Orange just helped us coordinate an inspection and treatment of the house we're renting and did an awesome job! Thaddaeus, the Account Manager, answered all of our questions, was able to schedule the inspection (and the subsequent treatment) quickly, handled all of the contract work via email and followed up proactively throughout the process. Enrique, the inspector was extremely thorough and also answered all of our questions. Lance and Kareem who handled the treatment were on time, also thorough and efficient. Everyone is extremely professional, flexible, and proactive. Pricing was not only competitive, but we got more for our money with Planet Orange compared to the other quotes we obtained. We were concerned about the chemicals used and impact to us and our pets, and Planet Orange was able to address our concerns and there was no impact to us or our schedules. We recommend them highly. Once again, I was impressed with the Planet Orange team. They scheduled an inspection very quickly and called to follow up with a confirmation. Andrew Hernandez, the field rep, contacted me to confirm arrival time and arrived at the promised time. Andrew was very thorough and professional. He scheduled an onsite treatment within days and the techs took care of everything as quoted. Front office follow was courteous and timely. Very satisfied with the entire range of service.

They came for the free inspection in which the guy quickly looked around inside and out, and double checked that the beams under the roof were not rotting. He recommended a local treatment which costs $1350 and comes with a 2-year warranty covering any new infestation over that period of time. There was also a fungus (apparently very small) and they removed it for an additional $250. They were professional throughout the process and I had a good interaction with them. The reason for my B rating for price is that, in the end, I paid $1500 for them to come in, drill a few holes and pump orange oil in them, all within 1 hour of them getting here. So if I don't get any more infestations in the next two years, I essentially paid them $1500/hour. I feel like I could have tented the whole place for just a little more.

Kirk did a very thorough inspection, from crawlspace to attic. Shane treated all interior and exterior areas. Mario followed up with a repair estimate. They were all very knowledgeable.

Throughout the process, my interactions with Planet Orange were completely positive. Everyoen was responsive and were thorough communicators. I appreciate the 2 year warranty. I was surprised their pricing was competitive given the eco-friendliness of the company.

We recently had our apartments in Los Gatos treated and had a very positive experience with Planet Orange! Their office staff was very helpful with setting up appointments and made it very convenient for us to meet with them on site. The inspector Mario was very knowledgeable as were the technicians Jaime and Cesar. The inspection report was extremely thorough as well. When I arrived the day of service, they stopped their work to explain the process again, showing me where and how they would be treating the building and also pointing out where the building had been partially treated many years ago. They were polite and professional. It's also a relief knowing the products are safe and we didn't have to inconvenience our tenants. I would definitely recommend their services.

The office personnel were pleasant and easy to deal with. They made my appointment for the time and date I asked for no problem. When the technician arrived, he did a thorough inspection and realized there was extra work needed under the house that would take 2 people to complete, so he asked if we could re-schedule. That was fine. I called the office and they were very willing to work with us and our schedule. A few days later a couple of technicians came out and were able to re-spray the areas under the house that required it, they fully explained explained their work along with some other problem area's under the house that were pretty chewed up. I was very satisfied with the service and professionalism of the technicians.

They are professional from office staff to inspectors. We were satisfied with the service.

For our reinspection John came out and he was on time, very personable and very professional. He did a thorough inspection and took the time to explain that we had a few areas that could attract termites if we did not address them. I was not an Angie's List member the first time we had them come out to address fleas so I never had the opportunity to write anything. I have had house pets my entire life but never had I seen fleas like we got them. We tried for 5 weeks to get rid of them ourselves and Planet Orange came and they were gone the same day and they do not use chemicals harmful to us or our cat.

Their products are good but their services are not good as far as time. We've had no shows, we've had delayed responses I mean they will set up a category for three hours and they don't show up until like six hour later so their response time is not very good so we've been on the phone with their manager. I mean the persons when they do come the technicians are nice, very courteous matter of fact we like our primary person but it took a long time, yeah we're not very happy. In fact one time they had to, my husband asked to not to charge for the services when they cancel like or there was no show.

Everything went as planned. I am think what impressed me most is the knowledge of the the tech and the time they took to answer questions. Good communication with the office in scheduling.

Super easy. Got the estimate and then signed electronic contract which is super easy and just one more touch of ecofriendly and no waste. The tech was on time and also took time to answer some quick questions. Came out a second time to do a quick touch up.

This was a walk in the park. The inspector showed up on time and was very pleasant. He crawled all over my house. Then the treatment crew showed up....went above and beyond and stayed a little longer to ensure everything was completed. Not the cheapest but very thorough.

This was pretty straight forward and easy to schedule. Once you get to the right person to review, n election x contract is send (no paper which I like). The person came to our place and walked through what they were going to do and use. Very quick and easy with monthly follow ups.

So so easy. I was freaked out with the thought of termites eating my home. The inspector came and walked through everything's mg and was patient with my questions. On e I reviewed offers I selected this company. The treatment was smooth and the crew took a little longer than scheduled but I know the job was done right.

I called to get pricing and schedule service because my neighbor uses. Tech showed up on time (even got a confirmation call the night before)

I am happy with them. They are always there. The few times we had other issues, they have been very quick and helpful in taking care of it.

We have lived in the Los Gatos area for nearly 2 years now. We loved the idea of a non-toxic pest control product because we have pets and children. Saul is our technician/serviceman. He calls a day ahead to confirm the time of his service arrival and is always very polite and pleasant. He arrives when expected and is very friendly but also very respectful of our house and quiet so as not to disturb us while he is working around the house. We are extrememly pleased with the service!

Drilled, injected termite poison, and filled with concrete patches around perimeter of house. Did a good job, decently priced and on time. Only complaint was several areas of the house and on the windows were not cleaned after the termite treatment was splashed onto them. 2 year warranty was included at no additional cost after 5 year was declined by me.
