Description of Work: We called them and were told that the technician that services our area comes out once a month. Our information was suppose to be given to the technician. There was no follow up and they never contacted us. I need a service I can count on. If I can't get a simple call, then I can't trust that they will show up or even do the job they are being paid to do.

Description of Work: Service was provided for an ant infestation. The representative was very informative not only about the product, but knowledgeable about the behavior of ants. Although the majority of the infestation was taken care of on the first visit, it was necessary to schedule a second application to be completely rid of the ants. Overall, am very satisfied.

Description of Work: Planet Orange helped with rodent control. The people were very kind, both on the phone and in person. We did have a new person, however, while with great energy and responsiveness, he lacked the appropriate equipment and was just learning how to do the job. I'm sure he will be skilled and highly competent in time, but Planet Orange might want to have people work in pairs who are still being trained. We are grateful for the work!

Description of Work: Whole house drill and treat for subterranean termites. Inspector did a comprehensive inspection from attic to crawl space to exterior perimeter of house. Treatment crew did a thorough job, and left exterior nice and clean.

Also later than scheduled for actual work, but they did call to advise this time. Later found out that Inspector works on commission and the price is negotiable. Wish I'd known. |Overall I was happy with Planet Orange and would use them again. Personnel pleasant and professional. No muss no fuss !!

Description of Work: Complete inspection including attic, inside the house, under the house and outside perimeter. All details of the findings and recommendations were discussed once the inspection concluded. The inspector was very professional and knowledgeable. He welcomed questions and answered all in an easy-going manner. It was determined that we did not need to tent the house but could deal with the termites using a couple of different chemicals (non-hazardous to humans/animals). The technicians who came to treat the house were also very professional and thorough. They explained everything they were about to do and asked if we had questions. Entire procedure took approx 4 hours and we were able to be in the house while the chemicals were applied. I would highly recommend this company and the personnel performing the work.
