Planet Orange was established as a sustainable friendly pest control and termite company. Headquartered in San Jose, CA, they serve the greater Bay Area (Napa to Monterey). Known as the innovators and leaders in botanical plant-based treatments for termites, including orange oil, their products are people and pet-friendly. They are only one of two companies in CA to offer new non-drilling subterranean termite treatments and offer Bluetooth solutions for rodent monitoring. They provide a broad range of green services (GreenPro Certified) to protect the home. From termites to spiders, ants, rodents, cockroaches, bed bugs, yellow jackets, and silverfish, they provide effective eco-friendly solutions. Planet Orange was voted 2013 Small Business of the Year by the San Jose Silicon Valley Chamber. They also have an A+ rating with the Better Business Bureau. Description of Work: Responded to our call very quickly and courteously. First man's service did not remove ants completely, so they sent another man with more experience. Ants are now gone. |I liked the fact that they do not use chemicals poisonous to us.

Description of Work: Jonathan arrived on time and was polite and professional. |He explained the planet orange process and reminded me that the one time service included 2 follow ups within 30 days. The odor was minimal and evaporated right away. The orange oil left no residue inside or outside the house. I will probably have Planet Orange spray monthly.

Description of Work: They came out to our home to do the initial pest control inspection, then sprayed inside and outside our home. The initial fee was $90. Their fee for monthly spraying is $60 and we have decided on bi-mo. spraying which is $75. They deduct the fee directly out of our credit card account, however I still prefer the old paper billing method.

Description of Work: Planet Orange was great! They arrived within the time window they gave us and the technician was very friendly and professional. Before he started the service, he fully explained what he was going to do and asked if we were OK with everything. He gave us lots of information throughout the service. The service was effective in getting rid of our black widow spider and we haven't seen any spiders since he came. We would definitely use them again.
