Description of Work: We have a new puppy so we wanted to go with an orange oil treatment and therefore, we picked a new company. I was worried that since the estimate was free, Planet Orange would "find" a problem and then charge me to fix it. | |They were wonderful. Kirk was the inspector. He was prompt and professional. They did not find termites (and, of course, did not recommend treatment). I will use them again.

Description of Work: I described what kind of pest control I wanted when they phone me. It turn out they only take care of spiders. I did not have a problem with spiders.

Description of Work: I had a huge influx of ants all over the house. I used Planet Orange because they use non-toxic ingredients to rid the place of ants so that my dog and cat could stay home. The ants came back after a month or so and planet orange returned and did another treatment for free.

Description of Work: I called them out because I saw termite dust on a ledge outside the house (in Fremont). |They performed a full inspection (including attic and basement), and found more dust in the basement, near the initial outdoor site. I contracted them to deal with it, which they promptly did, within one week. They did a thorough job of treating all the affected sites, and were very careful both inside the house and around our native plants, to ensure that they did not trample or otherwise damage anything while they worked. | |This is the second time I've used Planet Orange to deal with termites; the first was at my father's house in San Jose. One of many reasons that I go back to them, in spite of somewhat high prices, is that they do *not* automatically just say "we need to tent your house, you need to move out for a few days", as have all other termite companies that I've dealt with over the past 18 years. In fact, they consider tenting a last resort, and have told me that it rarely is actually necessary. | |Also, their treatment contract includes a two year warranty, including annual full inspections. Overall, I have great confidence in this company, and will recommend them without reservation.

Description of Work: Been plagued by ants for years and this past winter was the worst. Planet Orange provided two treatments; Jaime performed the initial treatment and also got rid of outside spider webs in the eaves while he was at it; Adam came for follow-up and gave an extra treatment. Ants have finally disappeared; I can even leave fruits on counter again.

Description of Work: Went well as far as service went but we'll see how long pest abatement lasts. 2 week follow up appointment will tell. Price is basically for a total of 60 min work so a little steep.

Description of Work: The company was able to review the whole house and under the house. The infused the chemical into every place they detected termite infestation. The warranty is for 3 years. The process was efficient and professional.
