Planet Orange was established as a sustainable friendly pest control and termite company. Headquartered in San Jose, CA, they serve the greater Bay Area (Napa to Monterey). Known as the innovators and leaders in botanical plant-based treatments for termites, including orange oil, their products are people and pet-friendly. They are only one of two companies in CA to offer new non-drilling subterranean termite treatments and offer Bluetooth solutions for rodent monitoring. They provide a broad range of green services (GreenPro Certified) to protect the home. From termites to spiders, ants, rodents, cockroaches, bed bugs, yellow jackets, and silverfish, they provide effective eco-friendly solutions. Planet Orange was voted 2013 Small Business of the Year by the San Jose Silicon Valley Chamber. They also have an A+ rating with the Better Business Bureau. So far, so good. |Was especially glad that the agents used were all natural oil based. |Not sure that I would use a monthly service, but definitely did the job, at least so far. Description of Work: Planet Orange was great to work with. There was a mix up in the service address, but they were really great to reschedule and offered to provide another visit during the month after the initial visit. We had them come out twice. The second technician was VERY thorough and hit many spots that the first tech did not. Overall an excellent experience, especially since we have kids. Thanks!

Description of Work: Inspected entire crawlspace area - sprayed with insect repellant. Treated infected areas with appropriate termite killing agent. The Planet Orange Team was right on time, knowledgeable, very professional and cooperative. This is the second time I have rated this purchase. I am only doing it again because it was a very satisfactory experience and I want to make sure that it gets registered.
