Description of Work: Planet Orange never returned my repeated calls for starting a monthly service

Description of Work: We were having something biting our family, like flea bites or bed bugs, but could find no signs in our home. The man who came was very polite and looked throughout the house. He found signs of active rodents in the attic and crawlspace. He put sticky strips in several places and sprayed the perimeter of the house as a part of the service. He said he would have his company contact me for services pertaining to the rodent problem. I never heard from them again. No one called to ask about the service, the sticky strips or rodent problems. They were not a bad company, just a high price for inspection and no followup.

Description of Work: Planet Orange did a great job of getting rid of cockroaches using only natural pesticides, which left a pleasant odor after the monthly outdoor application. The only problem I had was that they must have a fast turnover of workers, because I had to re-explain the procedure for spraying our house every single month for 12 months.

Description of Work: Enrique came out and did what I thought was a very thorough inspection. He talked to me about the safety of the kind of chemicals they used and encouraged me to look them up myself, which I did. I was really pleased with what I found out and told them to go ahead. I talked with Thaddeus in the office a number of times with various questions and he was very responsive and knowledgable. When Lance and Robert came out to do the job they were very respectful of us and of our property and our needs, waiting until we were out of the area of the inside drilling before they started (my daughter has very sensitive hearing). They made an effort to keep things clean and not track any dirt on the carpets when they needed to come in from the work outside. They were also very efficient and finished earlier than I expected. My experience with everybody at Planet Orange was very positive and I would definitely recommend them.
