it went very well. The field representative, Saul, as nice, knowledgeable, and thorough in explaining what and where he would be spraying and was a pleasure to work with.

It took several repeat visits to exterminate the cockroaches. The products that were used worked. It was nice to know that some was environmentally friendly. Melissa had to initially use some stronger products to get rid of the cockroaches. Since we live in a secured building, we have to be home to give access to our condo. Unfortunately, Planet Orange has a very poor scheduling system. They automatically arrange monthly service without notifying us. So, there have been times that we receive a call from a Planet Orange service person who waiting for access to the building when we are not home. I have made many attempts to pre-arrange for service on my days off. For awhile, Melissa who we have became our preferred service person was prompt as she understood the need to communicate scheduled appointments. However, since Melissa has not been available the appointment times have defaulted back to pre-arrange appointments without notice. And when we rescheduled, the Planet Orange service is a no show. When I called the main office to inquire why the service person has missed the four hour window (0800 to 1200), I was given that "he is running behind" and "will be there between 1200 to 1600". This is unacceptable to spend all day to wait for service. Unfortunately, this is not the first time this has happened. Monthly service is going to terminated.

Excellent and exactly as advertised. All employees, from customer service to the inspector to the treatment crew, were the type of person you always hope to deal with. We already knew that we had termites even before the official inspection. The inspector was able to narrow down both the type of termite and the probable location of the major nest. The inspection was completely free. The treatment work consisted of drilling several holes indoors (above the suspected infestation area) and then numerous holes outdoors (roughly every 18 inches), after which the treatment liquid was pumped into the soil. The holes where then sealed. The initial indoor drilling confirmed the location of the infestation area, so the inspector had been right. The treatment workers were very concerned about making sure the holes they drilled were in areas I would be okay with, and that I knew exactly what they were doing. The indoor room involved had recently-installed custom tile flooring, so we found an area underneath cabinets where they could drill without affecting the appearance of the floor. It worked out fine. The work crew was professional, prompt, courteous and good at what they did. The company itself worked with me. The treatment process is supposed to establish an outdoor treatment zone surrounding 100% of the building, which wasn't possible to do at the time due to unmovable storage and objects in a few outdoor areas. The treatment team documented where they were able to work, and offered to come back and finish the job in the untreated areas for no charge. I wasn't expecting that, as it involves an extra trip for them - it was an offer that I very much appreciated.

This is the second time I used this company. The company knows pest control and I like how they focus on non toxic methods. My techs Gus and Robert and inspector Kirk were all professional, knowledgeable and helpful. They explained the treatment plan, answered my question on the comprehensive termite report and the office team followed up throughout the entire process to make sure I was satisfied. You can tell the company and employees are committed to providing excellent customer service from start to finish.

FIRST APPOINTMENT THE INSPECTOR NEVER SHOWED UP AND WE HAD TO RESCHEDULE. WE HAVE TO WAIT A MONTH TO GET THE TREATMENT DONE.

Person arrived on time, explained what work they would perform, answered all questions properly and professionally.

I loved working with this company. They're communicative, punctual, and extremely courteous. Over the process they came out four times, twice to apply product and twice to clean out and install insulation in our attic. Every time, they were on time, called me in advance, and completed the work in a timely manner. Nick Miller did the inspection and estimate and he did a fantastic job. Definitely recommend this company! Also, it was nice that we didn't need to leave the house at all for the extermination process.

They offered pricing of $2K for actual termite eradication work and an additional $2K+ of preventive services. He indicated he saw termite damage in the attic on a section of the house where he didn't even have access to the attic. I felt like it was one big sales job.

He cleaned up very well. When he did the treatments he explained how it all works. Later, I was out in the garage and I moved a refrigerator and I saw a pile, I thought it was dripping again. They sent out the service managers, he looked at the piles and said it was actually from another non-boring or eating insects. He walked around the whole house to make sure there was nothing else. They've given me good service. They even called before they got here, and the offered to put on little booties to get the carpet clean. They are very good! The price was kind of expensive because we had the warranty price. It includes a yearly inspection and if they have to treat, they will treat. I think it is a little expensive that is why I'm giving them a grade of 'C' for price.

Absolutely Wonderful What a great company! I had my Termite Inspection, Which was thorough and timely.They showed me where the Termites were, under the back half of our house, and shared with me where the damage was and how to fix it. I then was set up for a termite treatment, The guys were on time, Introduced themselves, Super polite, wore their booties when they came into my house, shared with me what they were going to do. They even took precautions to make sure my cats didnt go under the house, The treatment was all done and they were gone in just under 2 hours and I got to go back to work! Great guys! Thanks Armondo

I liked that it was non-toxic. It took care of the problem. We didn’t have any further problems with termites or bugs. It was great, they were good. They did good service, they left the place clean. It was quick and left the house smelling like oranges. It was lovely. My interactions with them was fine, there were no problems at all. I think we were fairly satisfied with what it cost compared to alternatives. Everything was great.

things went well. Communication was great. They even sent someone out again after I called and let them know still had a spider problem after initial spraying! I have not seen anything since.

Overall, easy to talk to on the phone, and the estimator arrived promptly and inspected my home, and generated an estimate quickly The work crew who followed arrived 20 minutes late, did a good job inside the house, but broke one of the pipes on my drip irrigation system outside the house, and after drilling through my patio to place bait for subterranean termites, patched the holes with off-color grout. After talking to their quality assurance rep after the fact, they issued a check for $100 to fix the broken irrigation line, and promised to have someone come out and deal with the off-color patio repair. After finally catching up with the local "supervisor" to schedule a time, I was informed that the other guy had it wrong, and that "they were not responsible for color matching the grout". So I'm stuck with a line of bright white/pink holes in my dark sandstone patio. I had this same treatment done by another company about 6 years ago, and that crew was able to hide their holes well, so it's clearly possible to do, if they cared to do it. I would expect that for a $3K engagement. I can't recommend these guys based on this experience.

They were really fair with the inspection. They were upfront with me about the service and the cost. They showed up on time.

So far treatment has been successful.

After calling, Planet Orange came out to inspect the area within a few days. Robert Baskins was on time and polite. He inspected the area by the dryer vent, outside the house, the attics and the crawl space. He explained what was needed and how they would terminate the termites. The next day, Josephine called with the quote and emailed the paperwork to me. Over the next 2 weeks, I called Josephine many times with questions. She was always very polite and was able to answer every question I asked, and there were many. She suggested that we add some type of boric solution to the bare wood in our attics and crawl space to deter termites from eating it which we agreed to have done. We also found a new location where the termites got into a small piece of trim wood, which was added to the work order for no additional cost. We were able to schedule the work very quickly. Scott White and his crew arrived to my home on time. Scott explained again what was to be done, however, the additional work we agreed to have done was not on his work order. With one quick phone call to Josephine everything was corrected. Being as picky as we are, we questioned Scott regarding how the work would be done and how would the treatment work. He answered every question and was so polite. Once the work was done, Scott went over everything again and reminded me about the warranty and to call if we see any sign of termites. So far, no new termites. Prior to hiring Planet Orange, we did get a couple of other quotes for the work. Planet Orange was not the least expensive, nor the most expensive, but they were the most responsive and polite. Hopefully, we will never need them again, but if we find more termites I would diffidently use Planet Orange again.

I had a great experience with Planet Orange from start to finish. The inspector did a very thorough look around the house, including the areas I noted from the original inspection. He was very informative about the work he would recommend. He and the team that came out to do the treatment arrived on time, and were very clear about what they were going to do. The treatment team got everything done very efficiently and neatly, and then made sure to show me where the termite damage had been more extensive than things appeared, so I can make an informed assessment for future work. Finally, the office staff were very helpful throughout with scheduling the service to fit my schedule.

They come every month like clockwork and we haven't seen any ants in forever. The ants used to be so thick, I think we may have been living on top of an anthill. My daughter-in-law, who really hates insects of all kinds, is especially happy to not see those ants anymore :)

I didn't go with them. The quote came really late and I had already gotten the work done by someone else. The guy that came out to do the quote was really good. But since the actual quote took so long, and wasn't on time, I had to go with someone else. But the man who came out was very detailed. But the quote came 15 days later and I needed the work done before then.

The technician was prompt and courteous. He explained verbally the areas of concern not only for termite infestation but also pointed out areas of dry rot in need of repair. We were so satisfied with the service we renewed the warranty and extended our coverage. I also switched my general pest control for spiders, roaches, ants etc. to Planet Orange. I trust their products and service.

We had hard time to get the inspection report with many phone calls and emails and eventually to the supervisor. The report surprised us because it was different from what he said while in process of inspection. So we were contacting for other termite companies but strangely connected to this company again. Now this company was saying FREE INSPECTION. This means this company charges the fee for inspection for some customers and free for other customers. I told her clearly this is for income property commercial. Its inspection report is not reliable because it was different from his words.

The work was scheduled for the following day - they had a cancellation - which worked well for me. The crew arrived on time and were all very nice, polite, clean, professional, etc. The crew lead was a guy named Scott and kept me informed of what they were doing and what they were finding. They did have some problems with their equipment, so they had to return to their offices midday for a replacement, but they still finished the job that day. While it has not been very long, so I can't attest to the long term impact of their work, I can say that the work seemed to be done well. They cleaned up after themselves and do stand by their work. I will be sure to schedule my annual inspections with them!

Kirk was very professional, timely, thorough, and informative. We did not end up needing service and he explained what we need to monitor for. We appreciated that he did not simply try to sell us something we did not need. He also gave advice and will set up service for our mice problem (we have mice in our garage and did not realize Planet Orange also has rodent management). Would trust them to come out to inspect in the future.
