Plant Orange representative was punctual and professional. We are happy with the service.

Had a previous experience which did not meet my expectations. Planet Orange went above and beyond to correct the situation and provide exceptional service correction. The Planet Orange company provided inspection, service and education that met every aspect of our expectations. I would definitely use Planet Orange again.

It went well. Exactly as described. The service was worth the money and the eco friendly spray was not as bad as i thought it would be. Great job!

We supplied 3 preferred dates for the service to occur, and we got a phone call with a date that was not one of the three dates we wanted. Then we called them about the date they provided, but they never call back about it. They then came out without telling us when no one was at home, so they only applied the treatment to the outside of the house. A receipt was left saying that they would come back to do the inside if we called them. We called them to get them to come back out to do the inside, but we have not heard back. We provided them an F rating. Amended after the review: After Planet Orange viewed what I put in Angie's List, they called me and addressed my concerns. They were very attentive and apologetic regarding the previous experience. They sent another person over to reapply the outside treatment and do the inside within a week. They worked with our schedule and the treatment was completed within an hour. We have had very good experiences with Planet Orange in the past and their treatments have worked well with keeping ants out of our house. We like that it is eco-friendly and safe for pets. We will give them another chance and hope that the previous experience was a fluke.

Said inside wasn't usually done. It was clear enough he didn't really want to do it. The company said it is outside and in. I let it slide. Maybe I shouldn't have because the ants are back.

The service went well. They sprayed the outside of the home. The technicians were professional and did a nice job. They showed up on time and scheduling was not an issue.

I am happy. All the bugs are gone and they use an all natural product.

Nick is such a friendly guy while always being a professional. He also explains in detail what he is thinking as to how and why these little pests are working overtime. He is actually interested in finding out what it is that is causing the situation. He's like a little ant detective. Love it!!

The treatment was fast. Order was more pleasant than others we've used. Ants stayed away for about 6 months. Too pricy to continue monthly service.

Went alright. Though got bumped between termite and insect departments, a little understandable because they need different licenses (Thank You California!) But the folks were helpful, first rate customer service, though it did feel a little pricey.

The spray left a "stain" that was easily removed, but a pain to do. The reduction in the amount of spiders and ants was somewhat noticeable, but at $70 a month it's not economical.

I thought the deal was for a termite service. They were willing to put the credit towards the termite service. I think they need to make the deal more clear. I have called them twice and have not yet heard back from them. It has been almost a month now. I have been pleased with their service in the past. This deal has just turned out poorly. They were very proactive, about the wording on the deal. Offered a refund on the deal and set up a time to do the service for me.

It went fine. We are still making sure they are all gone.

They are great and they spray my house on a monthly basis. I have like an ongoing monthly treatment with them and I have no problems with any bugs or insects. I have two cats for the rodents so I have not have pests here in the house. I do not deal with them but I think that their price is affordable, otherwise, I would not have gone with them. They just come monthly and I do not call them for any kind of issue. Their punctuality is also fine.

The service was provided promptly and professionally. We had multiple problems with moths in the pantry being the worse. Our house was treated today. The technician called me to schedule the appointment and will return for a follow up in two weeks. I will know the results by then but I wanted to commend the very helpful young man who provided our service. He was professional, described what he was doing in detail and was over all customer friendly. If we are moth free in two weeks I would definitely recommend this company.

I purchased an Angie's List Big Deal for this service and it went fine. They came out and did the job.

When I did a search for 'termite' on your site, this deal popped up. I chose it, since it was from a known termite service company, and sounded like it could be used for termites. Planet Orange told me it was for other pests and could not be used for termite service. They gave me a quote for regular service of termites, but after not getting confirmation of angie's list discount, and an answer to how I may be able to use this coupon toward termite service, I decided to go with someone else.

Excellent friendly and punctual service. No smels

They performed the initial service and came back in 3 week at our request and did a second spray. The technicians are respectful and informative.

It was a good experience. We did see some more bug issues after they came for the first time, so they came out again and honored their warranty.

Inspection was thorough and our treatment/warranty options were well-explained (without pressure). The work was scheduled quickly, within the week. The crew arrived a little late, but had called to tell us they were delayed by a traffic accident that closed the highway. The workers were also very thorough, they were here about 4 hours. The were conscientious, courteous and went above and beyond. They answered all of our termite questions and explained what they were doing and what to expect completely. They neatly filled their tiny drill holes with perfectly matched putty and cleaned up the dust they left behind. We were very impressed and feel like we definitely chose the right company.

On time, courteous, knowledgeable, very professional. Did the job as promised. Asked about and then placed protective plastic to prevent damage to the rugs, answered all of my questions, cleaned everything up, and said thank you. Couldn't have asked for more. I rated them highly on everything but price. I don't know if the price is competitive or not, as I didn't shop this one. Chris C. and Todd E. did the work.

Updated 4/4/14 Bottom line - 1. No services were performed 2,. I would have preferred to be able to post a review without any Overall Grade since no services were performed. 3. They charged mt credit card for the full amount of service when I made the appointment. 4. They refunded my money promptly after I canceled the appointment Details - I scheduled a pest control appointment for 4/2/14 on 3/28/14. My credit card was charged the full cost of service as soon as the service was scheduled. They did refund the charges after I cancelled the appointment on 3/31/14 due to bad weather. However, they forgot to tell the technician. Luckily, he called me before coming over and was surprised that no one told him about the cancellation. I received a call from the Director of Planet Orange General Pest Division informing me that asking for full payment in advance is standard practice in pest control business. I take him at his word. Planet Orange is not happy about the "C" grade I gave them. I would have preferred if there was a "N/A" option for overall grade, since I cancelled the appointment and no services were performed. I posted the review only because of their practice of asking for full payment before the service is done was a surprise for me. I have changed the grade from a C to an A on responsiveness because they refunded my money promptly. I also changed the grade on Price to N/A per "Dos and Don'ts" guidelines on reviews In absence of the "N/A" choice, I am left with only a C option since Angie's describes it as Fair. Any other grade will be inaccurate because the service was not performed. I would not mind if my review gets taken down, since no services were rendered.
