We found Pacific Coast Electricians for quite a lot of projects around our house. Paul Garcia was the electrician dispatched out on the first day. In this initial appointment, he came prepared to do whatever work/projects I needed doing but Pacific Coast Electricians also want to get to know you as a customer; they want to build a professional relationship from the start. Paul reviewed all of my issues with me and pointed out my many options. I learned a great deal from Paul. I'm an IT engineer by trade but I'm no electrician and I'm honestly more than a tad afraid of messing around with it all. I was mildly electrocuted when I was around age 4. So I know when I'm in need of pros and I definitely found that with Pacific Coast Electricians with Paul representing them. For this first day, along with the inspections and consulting, Paul replaced our dining room 'old school' style dimmer dial switch with a modern single touch dimmer. His work was efficient, clean and neat. From that appointment, Paul helped me to set up a game plan for our home projects which include multiple ceiling fan replacements, bathroom ceiling fan replacements, ceiling dome light replacements, track lighting replacements, dining room chandelier replacement, etc. In our second appointment, Paul took care of some of the ceiling fans and chandelier and track lighting. Paul also discovered behind one of our GFCI outlets in our kitchen that some wires were loose and he further discovered clear scorching from some arcing back there. We now know that after the first of the year, we want to set up a game plan for inspecting and swapping out ALL of our home's electrical sockets and light switches. Our manufactured home was built on 2005 and we purchased it in 2010. We want the peace of mind of knowing our electrical system is healthy and optimal. And thanks to Pacific Coast Electricians and Paul Garcia, we will have that peace of mind. We complete and absolutely recommend Pacific Coast Electricians whole heartedly!

They'll quote you a high price which is soft. So, bargain with them but you'll still get screwed.

Took me almost a week selecting the best one to trust hiring electricians to come and just check my electrical problem in my kitchen. They came fast, and check the problem. They gave us an estimate before any work is done and showed the real problem. The electricians from Pacific Coast are very knowledgeable and can be trusted even when you leave by themselves in the house. Definitely will hire them again with any future work and I will ask for the same person like Anthony, Paul, and Joshua. Thanks for sending those guys to work in my place. They're awesome electricians!!!

Eric was tech would came out with Bill, gave estimate, arrived on stated date and explained process of repairs and replacement defective items. replacements parts where top grade and to code. Eric's knowledge and professionalism was outstanding. In past i hesitated on hiring off internal, but h/adviser recommended list contacted me to correct business. kudos to Eric's knowledge.

If they tell us approximate cost prior to their coming, it will be better for us. I am satisfied, though.

Guys came on time first day. Said they'd be there the next day by 10 at the latest. Did not show up. Called the customer service they said they would call me back. Electricians never called back. Called Customer service, they said they had the wrong phone number. That was wrong since they called me to make an appointment with me. I did like the work they had performed. BUT they have not called me back to finish the work. It has been over a week at this point. I will call them to reschedule. I can't say they were good because of the lack of follow-up on their part. The work done was very good. So I'm sort of happy.

Mike is very knowledgeable and honest. He spent time to go through the problems and tell me what's wrong with each one of them. I would say he spent about 2 hours and fixed some of the "mysterious" issues at my home. We have so many switches and lights he said he has been in the business for a long time but hasn't seen any home with many switches and lights like this one. He only charged $99. He's very professional and I am very happy with his service. I am calling him back for another project today. Definitely the best electrician I have dealt with.
