+ -1 moreMike was recommended by our pond installer, and he said he does 300 pond clean-outs a year. He seemed knowledgeable and experienced. Unfortunately, one of our koi died on the same day as the pond was cleaned (after Mike left). We discussed it with Mike who felt no responsibility. Other than the fish, we were satisfied with his work.
Description of Work: They did a pond clean-out. They removed koi fish, emptied water from the pond and vacuumed sediment, cleaned filters, checked pond liner for wear and leaks, etc.
