Description of Work: Los Gatos Roofing replaced the old concrete tile roof with new tiles and made necessary repairs all in 4 days. Did a great job. Very courteous, easy to work with, and cleaned up every day.

Description of Work: Replaced the roof and gutters. We have a valley in our roof where water flows to the gutter and the gutter always overflows. Had to ask a couple of times to get someone out to correct it. Was not corrected. Part of the problems was the gutters which were installed were smaller than the prior gutters and the gutter guards sold to us do not adequately handle the amount of water coming from the roof. We were not consulted on the size of the gutters. |

Description of Work: We were very pleased with the whole process while working with Los Gatos Roofing from the get go. Their Representative Jon Fletscher was no-nonsense right up front honest and professional. He came, measured showed us product and provided cost estimate quickly. LG Roofing also worked with the solar company (Clean Solar) that we choose to install our Solar. We didn't have to worry about timing both companies worked out the schedule then went to work. I also have to give the crew that installed our roof a great big "shout out"; those guys worked amazingly hard all day long while we were experiencing extremely hot weather in the 100's. They completed the job in one day! They were professional, fast and their work product "excellent!" Thank you guys, all of you. We really wish we could have seen them before they left we wanted to get their names to provide them with a personal thank you, we did call the company to get their names but wasn't able to do so, might be a privacy thing, anyway we would definitely go this route again.

Description of Work: We had a small leak around our master bedroom chimney, a number of broken tiles that needed to be replaced and rain gutters that needed to be cleaned out. | |2/24/15 Called and talked to Tad about the issues. He used Google map to look at the house to help him better understand where the chimney leak was. He said that because of all the rains they were very busy and that it may be 3 or 4 weeks before they could come out and give us an estimate. I said that would be acceptable so he connected me with Lorie their master scheduler and we setup an appointment for March 19th. | |Tad arrived at 10 am as planned. He inspected the chimney and found that there was debris in the flashing around the chimney and that there was damaged felt that needed to be replaced. He indicated that there may be a problem with the complex flashing around the chimney and the only way to insure that it would not leak was to replace the flashing. I ask that the flashing be replaced. He also identified 5 broken tiles that needed to be replaced and confirmed that the gutters needed to be cleaned. | |Work was scheduled and performed on April 2nd & 3rd. Description of Work: New composition roof (about 2,500 sq ft), sheathing, and gutters. Started exactly when they said they would and finished exactly when they said they would. Great crew, clean-up was excellent. I do wish they had warned us about the odor from the new riffing materials that lastd about three months after the job was completed.

Description of Work: Los Gatos Roofing replaced my 30 years old roof in the Los gatos Mountains. From the beginning of the project, to chosing the material, to the actual installation they were very professional and made the process seemless. One thing is important to point out is that they helped me chosing the right option or my house, which is in the mountains and subject to strong winds, even though it meant going for a less expensive solution. I think this really testifies to their honesty and work ethics. The work itself was done on time and to specifications. They even helped sourcing a specific down spout that would fit the color of our house better, at no extra cost. Communication was great and we love our new roof!
