This was a small job, but I was treated well. Their price was good, they were professional and prompt. I could not ask for more.

The roof of my 4 bedroom/2 bath home was completed in record time, less than 2 days, and the workmanship was outstanding. Their representative, Daniel Thomas, provided excellent service, always available and responsive, and going beyond the call of duty every step of the way. And their prices are very competitive. I'm so glad that I chose Los Gatos roofing!

Los Gatos Roofing did a fantastic job installing our new roof. I installed the solar rail mounts myself, and they then installed the asphalt shingles around the solar rails. All the work was completed in 3 days and the quality of the work was exemplary.

My newish roof needed repair after the guy who did the roof was non-responsive. They came, determined the issue, and repaired the roof. They were very professional and more reasonably priced than another company I had give an estimate.

As a "returning" customer and as a "hands-on" homeowner, it was a pleasure to work with the Project Manager, Juan Hernandez on our project. From start to finish, Juan took care of us. He was patience and prompt in addressing any issues or concerns we had throughout the process (we applaud him). Great job. The project went smoothly and turned out great. The one thing I would recommend is to request a face-to-face meeting with the estimator/project manager and foreman at the very beginning of the job. This helps ensure that the job gets started right and improves communication. We are very happy with the results.

I could not recommend Los Gatos Roofing MORE HIGHLY! They COMPLETELY exceeded all of my expectations, and I have tendency to be pretty finicky! Dan was the supervisor on the project and could not have been more professional, while also being very attentive and caring in terms of making sure that the job was done to perfection, and his crew was meticulous!! On a scale of one to five stars, they are a solid six!

It went very well, job was done very well and was completed ahead os scheduled.

The estimator/manager spent extra time with us to explain all the procedures, tiling options and other issues before we committed to Los Gatos roofing. Once we got to the head of the line, service proceeded pretty much as scheduled. The tear-off was noisier than we had expected and because we have a steep roof the crew could not control where the old tiles fell with some damage to our neighbors fruit tree that was right up on the fence line. There was also damage to the mesh screen for our back door, that the company is taking care of by replacing the screen completely. Palo Alto City Inspector called for some additional caulking which will be done soon.

I had to wait more than a month before LG Roofing could come out to assess the need. Once they did their evaluation, they were able to schedule the work in less than 2 weeks. The team arrived on time and completed it quickly. They did a good job. They explained what they were doing before and after the work.

Could not have asked for better experience with Los Gatos Roofing

On 10/24/16, just days before my scheduled appointment I received an email stating that they could not come due to rain. Translation: They'd rather make money on a rainy day than come to my home for 15 minutes to look at a leaking roof. In the email they did offer to reschedule the same week, but I was unavailable on the only date/time offered. In inquiring about an alternative date, I was told AGAIN that they were booked solid for the next 5 weeks. As a prospective customer who called on 9/19/16 to schedule an appointment, I am outraged by their excuses for not being available for a total of 11 weeks. Due to the fact that I was not given priority status for the 6 weeks I had already waited for an appointment, I WILL NOT be doing business with Los Gatos Roofing. Not for the repair, or future new room projects.

On time to do a quote and do the work. Matched the mortar to the roof tile color. The mortar work was done very sloppy and not smooth at all, compared to similar work neighbors had done with other providers. The cleanup was also done very poorly and hastily given the 4th July weekend perhaps. The front and side of house had numerous areas where left over mortar pieces were lying. The worst part was that they left pieces of mortar on my hot tub, and hut tub cover which ended up being a pain to clean (and some stains). I was not able to be at home when they did the work, which is a big mistake as some oversight might have gone a long way. However I paid for a top provider so I don't have to baby sit them. The quote was fairly high, but I thought I will pay extra for a great job. Unfortunately that was not the case. I filled out their feedback form when I paid, but apparently they didn't seem too interested in reading these. If I need roof work done again I will definitely look elsewhere.

They did an exellent job. They had very good follow up. I would highly recommend them to friends and neighbors.

Everything was fine. The workers were good. They were polite and courteous. I have nothing to say against them. They left the area clean. They were prompt; they came right on time when they were suppose to.
