Description of Work: John came out and looked at my roof and stated that my composite roof shingles over the garage were deteriorating because of excessive heat because I had no venting areas in the garage. He provided a lot of material about new roofing materials and roof vents, and as my roof was 25 years old, it was time to replace. I wanted to get other estimates and ultimately chose another who suggested that I had a few more years on my roof and I subsequently chose to repair rather than replace. Los Gatos Roofing is a first rate company and I would certainly consider them again when in need of a new roof.

Description of Work: Removed old shake roof, installed a new roof (presidential composite), also installed new gutters. Went exceptionally well and they were truly fantastic with their service to us! I would highly recommend them!!

Description of Work: The male who came out to give an estimate was a jerk. He yelled at some neighbor driving in my street before he came in. A lil road rage? Then told me my quote would be ready in a few weeks because they were extremely busy. I never got a quote. The male's overall attitude was a complete jerk! No way would I want that guy at the front of customer contact.

Description of Work: Scheduled an estimate visit for a quote for a new roof. Estimator never arrived - waited one hour, then called their dispatch, who had them call me - which they did, stating they would arrive in ten minutes. I waited 30 minutes more, then called the cell phone of the estimator, who hung up the phone - they were surprisingly unprofessional and uncoordinated. Maybe they were simply having a bad day, but given that they were supposed to be in sales mode, and trying to charm the customer, that behavior leads me to believe that they are not as well managed as the other reviews on this site would suggest. Buyer beware!
