They were very prompt in responding and came out within a day. They made it very easy to hire them a second time because they had kept a record of how many windows we had in our house. If we tell them how many windows we have they can easily give us an estimate. They worked fast and took care not to leave a mess. I was very happy with their service.

I have been using them for three years for gutter cleaning and handyman work. They are punctual and reliable. They use licensed contractors. They do what we ask them to do and they don’t give you surprises. They don’t leave anything incomplete.

It was a good price because the windows are a pain, it's two stories and they are up high. They did the estimate on the phone and when they came out I thought they might freak out because of how high the windows were, but they sent two guys and they got the job done. They did it with no problem at a great price. They did very good work and I referred them to someone else too.

My windows have never looked so clean. Four guys came out and cleaned my windows both inside and out and they also took out the screens and scrubbed them down. I was thinking of replacing my old windows but, after they cleaned them, I decided not to replace them yet because they look like new. There were even scratches that are gone now. They cleaned out the gutters of the windows with a brush and wiped them down which is not an easy task. The job was very worth the price; a lot of companies charge extra to clean the screens but this company included them in the price. If you need your windows washed, they are the people to go to.

Price was given over the phone when I first called, based on size of the house and several other questions I was asked. Crew of three showed up on time, worked steadily and thoroughly, made absolutely no mess at all, stayed out of our way, and did a great job on the windows and screens. Honestly, I can't imagine a more positive experience.

They sent 4 window washers and each was very personable, professional and efficient. They brought along all of the necessary ladders, staging and equipment. The job required most of the day. Expensive, but ultimately worth it.

2 Just Windows employees arrived early to start work. Both workers very friendly and professional. Since we just had carpets cleaned, they were very careful not to soil them. They completed the job in the time promised and left my windows looking like new.

great job, as usual - this is second time we have used this provider and have recommended to several people. We will definitely use them again. My husband has said he wants to use them later in the year for gutter cleaning.

They arrived on time with their experienced crew which set to work immediately. Clearly experienced workers with the right equipment. Not a streak on any window!

I've used them before, so when I called their office for an appointment, they were able to bring up my record and see what they'd done for me before. That's good, because you get an estimate based on their previous experience. Two persons were scheduled for my window cleaning job. They arrived on time, handed me their job feedback envelope, which also contains a copy of the invoice, and got right to work, one person working on the outside of the windows, the other working on the inside of the windows. The person working inside was careful to remove his shoes, and was careful about where he placed his work bucket and tools. They were fast and efficient, and did an extraordinary job of removing the winter's grime and hard-water stains from the windows. When they were done, the crew leader pointed out an error among the items on the invoice and had me call the office to get it corrected, which lowered my overall price. They also gladly accepted my Angie's List discount coupon. I will continue to use them, and recommend them highly.

I have always been very pleased with them. They always do the job and they are quick and clean. I am getting ready to have them done again. They seem to be competitive price wise. They send a whole team out and they are quick. I use them every time.

They did a wonderful job in general. All the windows are now impeccably clean, and the screens were all vacuumed and rinsed. The gutters appear free of debris, but I'll have to wait for the next major storm to be sure the downspouts were fully cleared. The team of 4 showed up promptly at 8AM on they day of the service, and the work was completed within an hour.

They did a really good job. I felt there was some streaking, but they came out and took care of it right away. They were also right on time and were very professional.

The team at Just Windows was highly professional, polite and respectful of being in our home. They did an excellent job on every single window, including sky lights and many very large size panes. They spent a lot of time doing the "light power wash" of the outside walls, including some hand sweeping with a broom in an area where I didn't want water to be sprayed. They did every aspect of the job very well and with a great deal of attention to detail. Best of all, Just Windows did the job for about 40% less than our former window washing company. We will only call Just Windows from now on.

They came exactly when they were suppose to. I didn't notice right away that they had punched a hole in one of my screens so I had them come right back to repair it. They failed to call me when it was finished. I was without a screen for three days. They also refused to mention that cleaning the window's cracks and frames was an additional charge. I could have easily done that myself with a wet cloth. I didn't know I was paying for that service until the job was finished and I received the invoice. They've raised their prices since I first started using them. The quality of their work was good.

3 people (instead of 4) came about half an hour late. They got to work right away. Two cleaned windows inside, tracks, and took down all screens. One guy cleaned windows from outside. It took them about 2.5 hours total (was told 2.5 hours for 4 people). Overall, it was fine. They cleaned glass very well, but didn't do a good job cleaning the tracks. The screens were washed, instead of being brushed. Like others reported, the price was largely based on the house size. I had to reschedule and told them more accurate number of windows and the price was up a bit. The track/frame cleaning was a fixed $65. I would skip this next time as I had to vacuum the tracks after they left. They were not super clean. Also, I had to wipe the soapy water spots they left on the floor.

I called Just Windows last Monday and they gave me a quick price quote that was a little higher than others, but still quite competitive. Since the reviews on Angie's List were so good, I decided to give them a try, and they had almost immediate availability. Four workers showed up right on schedule, unloaded their equipment and went to work. They did an excellent job, and all the windows -- including two skylights and two high windows with only roof access to the exterior -- sparkle like new. There was some banging around of things and they moved some small pieces of furniture, but overall the job was done thoroughly and professionally. Despite the fact that I had originally miscounted the number of windows on the house, the bill they gave me was the exact estimate made over the phone. The powerwashing also made the house look like new.

Crew of 4 arrived about 10 min early. They were friendly and professional. They came with all the ladders and materials that they needed.We needed some new clips to hold in screens because old plastic ones had deteriorated .The crew put together and made do with the new ones that we had had..

Windows are fabulously clean. They are only about 6 months old, and this was the first professional cleaning. Just Windows did a great job - whatever cleaner they use makes the glass practically disappear, they are so clean. I was surprised that the cost was based on the size of my house, not the number of windows (I don't have a sliding door, if that would have made a difference). And I didn't like the fact that the screens were removed from outside the house rather than the inside. I didn't notice any damage, but screens are not meant to be removed that way. But, I'm very satisfied with the end result.

I got four quotes and they were not the cheapest, but were very competitively priced. We were having a wedding at our house a few days later and the house is very contemporary with LOTS of floor to ceiling windows. We also have several large skylights on the roof. They were the only company that included cleaning the skylights in the quote.
