They were very good. I would recommend them to anybody.

They had good reviews here. They were very professional and responsive on the phone when I called. I called for window washing, but saw they also pressure washed. Asked if they pressure washed wooden decks and they said yes that was something they could do. Agreed to do both at the same time. Gave me quote over the phone. They arrived on time, seemed personal and professional. The job they did on the windows was great. But the day after when the deck was dry I saw that they had used too much pressure and had deeply gauged it in multiple places. I called to complain and they were apologetic and asked me to send pictures and they would get back to me that day. I did, but they did not reply. It is probably going to cost me several thousand dollars to repair the damage they did. They should not have volunteered to do my deck if they didnt know how to do it properly,

I filled out three or four queries and NO ONE ever got back to me so I hired someone from Craig's list and she is coming every week. I won't be using your list again. When no one replied, I called the number you have on the website and got a message that my " 'membership' did not include phone service" I never saw anywhere that I could sign up for membership. Is that why no one answered my query??

How do I start raving about this company? This is the 2nd or 3rd time I've used them, and--each time--they've been the same: prompt, polite, neat, and an absolutely perfect job (and I'm pretty picky).....it seemed as if all the glass had been removed and I could see outside that clearly!!

Just Windows washed just about all our windows inside and out. The work was done on Sunday which greatly helped us although it did cost $90 extra. Just Windows made every effort to keep the cost as low as possible.

Very careful to not get rugs dirty, wore shoe covers, did the work, explained maintenance and care, very professional. Film has dropped high temps by over 7 degrees.

They do a good job. I have had them for several years. I had a little bit of an incident during my last service. There seems to be an issue that there are 2 companies called Just Windows and I got caught in the middle of that situation. They actually sent a manager out to make sure that I understood that I got the service that I thought I had gotten. I do feel that their prices have gone up considerably since I first started but their work is good. I just think that they are getting very expensive. They do a good job. I think that I have used them for probably 5 years and I think when I started it was about $150. I just think that they have really raised their prices. There were a couple of issues. They cleaned my windows for years. They always quote me a price when I call for an appointment. The technician got here and I have a little garden window in my kitchen and he said that this is really a day window and we need to charge you more. I said you haven't for 5 years and we kind of had a little conversation about that. I have some French doors and they offered to do them. I said sure, that would be nice but they said that then you will need to tip us a lot of money when we leave which I thought was pretty unprofessional because I tip them every time anyway. This time was just not a good experience. Their office staff is very professional but this time I didn't feel that the people that I dealt with, the crew I would say a 'C' for professionalism this time versus where I would normally give them a 'B'. I probably would use this provider again in the future. I think that I just had a bad experience this time. I might do some price shopping however before I use them again because I have never used anyone but them so maybe everyone's prices are going up but compared to what some of my friends pay, I feel that they have been getting pretty expensive.

Left a message describing location (Los Altos) and need to have one story residential windows washed. No one answered during business hours. No one called me back.

I have used Just Windows for years and always been very pleased with their service. This time, that was not the case. As stated in the review submitted yesterday by another customer, I was not happy with the lead guy, James, who had an attitude problem. I had signed up to have my blinds cleaned too, but when I learned that only included dusting them, not washing, I cancelled the blind portion of the job because I felt $10 per blind was too much to pay just to be dusted. They did an excellent job cleaning the windows, an okay job on the screens, and cleaned only the inside of the tracks. They don't include the outside of the tracks. I was shocked when I mentioned to James that the window sills were still dusty. He told me they are not allowed enough time to clean window sills. To wipe off a window sill takes about a minute! I don't know if all window cleaners follow this same practice, but it seems to me it's just part of the job to finish off a clean window. After he left, I went around and wiped the sills--6 minutes total! Each time I said something to James about something that needed to be touched up again, his response was "we need to get to another job, or we're going to be late." Either he was avoiding leaving the job well done, or Just Windows has their workers on a short, tight schedule. The office called later and offered to send out a supervisor to take a look and maybe touch up the job. I declined. She said they did not want to lose me as a client. I replied that if I did reconsider having them do the job in the future, I absolutely did not want James in my house.

I've used Just Windows for several years. The first several times the company was reliable. The past two times the attitude of the lead worker was less than professional. I paid extra for hard water stains to be removed from a couple windows. I had to ask that these areas be redone. The lead cleaner did not like that and said, "so we can clean again it the next time?!" in a very unprofessional manner. I called the first time it happened and when it happened again, I didn't waste my time. They also were not careful with the screens and the center bar on several screens came off several screens. The lead worker told me my screens were delicate! I'm looking for another company who will provide this service in a professional manner.

I have used them for over 10 years and they were very good. They're always prompt. They're always very courteous. There's nothing negative I would say about them. Their prices has gone up a little bit.

It was easy to get a price quote and set up an appointment. The staff arrived on time. I had miscounted the windows so I called to get an updated cost. Two of their staff washed all the exterior windows and screens. They did an excellent job and finished the job in less than an hour. Very professional. I will definitely use them again.

We purchased a Living Social deal, which was a HUGE savings from the regular price. It was $57 extra for to clean the window screens and tracks, which was a reasonable price for up to 25 windows -- so we opted for this extra service. They have good communication, as they called well in advance of the scheduled time to let us know they were running late, which was very professional, and appreciated. They arrived, made contact with me, explained what they were going to do, gave me a copy of the invoice and got right to work. They worked hard the whole time, and worked as a team to get everything done as quickly as possible. Our window tracks were so caked with dirt, I was really impressed with how clean they got them! They used a combination of dry brushing and a wet/dry vac to vacuum up all the dirt, results were impressive. As another reviewer stated, they didn't automatically remove their shoes, or wear booties over their shoes. But then again, I didn't push the issue either. All in all, very hard workers, job well done; windows, screens and tracks all thoroughly cleaned, above expectations. I couldn't believe how much brighter it is inside our house simply because of clean windows! I will definitely both use them again, and recommend them to others.

Provided showed up on time and had a two man crew. They took care to keep everything professional and clean as they did their job.

They did a really good job and cleaned the window panes, sills and screens. I was very happy with the service.

Since we have so many windows and doors they sent 4 people to do the job. They work quickly and efficiently and my windows and doors were sparkling clean. They are very careful, do an excellent job and leave no mess at all. I would not hesitate to use them again or recommend them/

I called to request next day window cleaning and was able to schedule service as requested. The gal who set up the service was professional and courteous and called me the next day to let me know the crew was running a little late. They did a great job on the windows and worked quickly. I actually had to check to see if they forgot to attach a screen on one window - it was so clean I couldn't even see it! I'm really pleased with the work and will definitely use them again.
